Recompense

After employees have successfully earned referral points, they can exchange their points by purchasing rewards in Odoo’s Referrals application. Rewards must be created and configured before employees can redeem points for rewards.

Creați recompense

Rewards are the only configurations needed when setting up the Referrals application.

Important

Only users with Administrator rights for the Recruitment application can create or modify rewards.

Pentru a adăuga recompense, navigați la Aplicația Recomandări ‣ Configurare ‣ Recompense. Faceți clic pe Nou și se încarcă un formular de recompensă. Introduceți următoarele informații în formular:

• Product Name: Enter the name as it should appear for the reward. This field is required.

• Cost: Enter the amount of points required to redeem the reward.

• Company: Select the company the reward is configured for using the drop-down menu. If a reward is available for multiple companies, each company must configure a reward for their specific company. This field only appears in multi-company databases; if this field appears, it is required.

  Example

  A database set up for three different companies offers a gift card as a reward. In the database, there are three separate rewards listed for a gift card, one for each of the three companies.

• Gift Responsible: Select the person responsible for procuring and delivering the reward to the recipient using the drop-down menu. This person is alerted when the reward is bought in the Referrals app, so they know when to deliver the reward to the recipient.

• Photo: Add a photo of the reward, which appears on the rewards page.

• Description tab: Type in the description for the reward. This is visible on the reward card, beneath the title. This field is required.

Se recomandă să introduceți un Cost și să adăugați o Photo. Dacă nu este introdus un cost, costul implicit este afișat ca zero, ceea ce ar afișa recompensa ca fiind gratuită în magazinul de recompense. Dacă o fotografie nu este selectată, pe pagina de recompense este afișată o pictogramă de substituent.

Valorificați recompense

Pentru a răscumpăra o recompensă, trebuie câștigate puncte. Aceste puncte pot fi apoi folosite pentru a cumpăra o recompensă.

Pentru a cumpăra o recompensă, faceți clic pe butonul Recompense din tabloul de bord principal Recompense. Toate recompensele configurate sunt listate în carduri de recompensă individuale.

Suma necesară de puncte necesară pentru achiziționarea unei recompense este afișată în colțul din dreapta sus al cardului.

Dacă utilizatorul are suficiente puncte pentru a cumpăra o recompensă, un buton Cumpara apare în partea de jos a cardului de recompensă. Dacă nu au suficiente puncte pentru o recompensă, cardul de recompensă afișează Aveți nevoie de alte (x) puncte pentru a cumpăra acest lucru, în loc de un Cumpărați buton.

Click the Buy button on a reward to purchase it. A Confirmation pop-up window appears, asking if the user is sure they want to purchase the reward. Click Ok to purchase the item, or Cancel to close the window, and cancel the purchase.

After Ok is clicked, the pop-up window closes, and the points used to purchase the reward are subtracted from the user’s available points. The rewards presented are now updated to reflect the user’s current available points.
