Recompensas

After employees have successfully earned referral points, they can exchange their points by purchasing rewards in Odoo’s Referrals application. Rewards must be created and configured before employees can redeem points for rewards.

Criar recompensas

Rewards are the only configurations needed when setting up the Referrals application.

Importante

Only users with Administrator rights for the Recruitment application can create or modify rewards.

Para adicionar prêmios, navegue até app Indicações ‣ Configuração ‣ Recompensas. Clique em Novo e um formulário de recompensa será carregado. Digite as seguintes informações no formulário:

• Product Name: Enter the name as it should appear for the reward. This field is required.

• Cost: Enter the amount of points required to redeem the reward.

• Company: Select the company the reward is configured for using the drop-down menu. If a reward is available for multiple companies, each company must configure a reward for their specific company. This field only appears in multi-company databases; if this field appears, it is required.

  Example

  A database set up for three different companies offers a gift card as a reward. In the database, there are three separate rewards listed for a gift card, one for each of the three companies.

• Gift Responsible: Select the person responsible for procuring and delivering the reward to the recipient using the drop-down menu. This person is alerted when the reward is bought in the Referrals app, so they know when to deliver the reward to the recipient.

• Photo: Add a photo of the reward, which appears on the rewards page.

• Description tab: Type in the description for the reward. This is visible on the reward card, beneath the title. This field is required.

Importante

É aconselhável inserir um Custo e adicionar um Foto. Se não for inserido, o custo padrão será zero, o que listaria a recompensa como gratuita na loja de recompensas. Se não for selecionada uma foto, um ícone marcador de posição será exibido na página de recompensas.

Resgatar recompensas

Para resgatar um prêmio, é necessário ganhar pontos. Esses pontos podem então ser usados para comprar um prêmio.

Para comprar uma recompensa, clique no botão Recompensas no painel principal Recompensas. Todos os prêmios configurados são listados em cartões de prêmios individuais.

A quantidade de pontos necessária para comprar uma recompensa está listada no canto superior direito do cartão.

Se o usuário tiver pontos suficientes para comprar uma recompensa, um botão Comprar será exibido na parte inferior do cartão de recompensa. Se o usuário não tiver pontos suficientes para uma recompensa, o cartão de recompensa exibirá Você precisa de mais (x) pontos para adquirir isso, em vez de um botão Comprar.

Click the Buy button on a reward to purchase it. A Confirmation pop-up window appears, asking if the user is sure they want to purchase the reward. Click Ok to purchase the item, or Cancel to close the window, and cancel the purchase.

After Ok is clicked, the pop-up window closes, and the points used to purchase the reward are subtracted from the user’s available points. The rewards presented are now updated to reflect the user’s current available points.
