Recompensas

After employees have successfully earned referral points, they can exchange their points by purchasing rewards in Odoo’s Referrals application. Rewards must be created and configured before employees can redeem points for rewards.

Crear recompensas

Rewards are the only configurations needed when setting up the Referrals application.

Importante

Only users with Administrator rights for the Recruitment application can create or modify rewards.

Vaya a Referencias ‣ Configuración ‣ Recompensas para agregar recompensas. Haga clic en Nuevo, esta acción abrirá un formulario de recompensa en donde deberá proporcionar la siguiente información:

• Product Name: Enter the name as it should appear for the reward. This field is required.

• Cost: Enter the amount of points required to redeem the reward.

• Company: Select the company the reward is configured for using the drop-down menu. If a reward is available for multiple companies, each company must configure a reward for their specific company. This field only appears in multi-company databases; if this field appears, it is required.

  Example

  A database set up for three different companies offers a gift card as a reward. In the database, there are three separate rewards listed for a gift card, one for each of the three companies.

• Gift Responsible: Select the person responsible for procuring and delivering the reward to the recipient using the drop-down menu. This person is alerted when the reward is bought in the Referrals app, so they know when to deliver the reward to the recipient.

• Photo: Add a photo of the reward, which appears on the rewards page.

• Description tab: Type in the description for the reward. This is visible on the reward card, beneath the title. This field is required.

Le recomendamos que proporcione un coste y agregue una fotografía. Si no ingresa un coste, este será cero de forma predeterminada y la recompensa aparecerá como gratuita en la tienda. Si no se selecciona una foto, aparecerá un icono de marcador de posición en la página de recompensas.

Canjear recompensas

Es necesario ganar puntos que después podrá usar para canjear una recompensa.

Haga clic en el botón Recompensas en el tablero principal de la aplicación Referencias para comprar una recompensa. Todas las recompensas configuradas aparecen en sus respectivas tarjetas.

La cantidad de puntos necesarios para adquirir una recompensa aparece en la esquina superior derecha de la tarjeta.

Si el usuario tiene suficientes puntos para adquirir una recompensa aparece el botón Comprar en la parte inferior de la tarjeta correspondiente. Si no cuenta con suficientes puntos, entonces la tarjeta de recompensa muestra el mensaje Necesita (x) puntos más para comprar esto en lugar del botón Comprar.

Click the Buy button on a reward to purchase it. A Confirmation pop-up window appears, asking if the user is sure they want to purchase the reward. Click Ok to purchase the item, or Cancel to close the window, and cancel the purchase.

After Ok is clicked, the pop-up window closes, and the points used to purchase the reward are subtracted from the user’s available points. The rewards presented are now updated to reflect the user’s current available points.
