After employees have successfully earned referral points, they can exchange their points by purchasing rewards in Odoo’s Referrals application. Rewards must be created and configured before employees can redeem points for rewards.

리워드 생성하기

Rewards are the only configurations needed when setting up the Referrals application.

Only users with Administrator rights for the Recruitment application can create or modify rewards.

리워드를 추가하려면 추천 앱 ‣ 환경 설정 ‣ 리워드 로 이동합니다. 새로 만들기 를 클릭하면 리워드 양식이 로드됩니다. 양식에 다음 정보를 입력합니다.

• Product Name: Enter the name as it should appear for the reward. This field is required.

• Cost: Enter the amount of points required to redeem the reward.

• Company: Select the company the reward is configured for using the drop-down menu. If a reward is available for multiple companies, each company must configure a reward for their specific company. This field only appears in multi-company databases; if this field appears, it is required.

  Example

  A database set up for three different companies offers a gift card as a reward. In the database, there are three separate rewards listed for a gift card, one for each of the three companies.

• Gift Responsible: Select the person responsible for procuring and delivering the reward to the recipient using the drop-down menu. This person is alerted when the reward is bought in the Referrals app, so they know when to deliver the reward to the recipient.

• Photo: Add a photo of the reward, which appears on the rewards page.

• Description tab: Type in the description for the reward. This is visible on the reward card, beneath the title. This field is required.

비용 을 입력한 후에 사진 을 추가하는 것이 좋습니다. 비용을 입력하지 않으면 기본 비용이 0으로 표시되어 리워드가 무료인 것으로 리워드 스토어에서 표시됩니다. 사진을 선택하지 않으면 리워드 페이지에 자리 표시자 아이콘이 표시됩니다.

리워드 사용하기

리워드를 사용하려면 포인트를 적립해야 합니다. 이 포인트는 리워드를 구매하는 데 사용할 수 있습니다.

리워드를 구매하려면 기본 인재 추천 현황판에서 리워드 버튼을 클릭합니다. 설정되어 있는 모든 리워드가 개별 리워드 카드에 표시됩니다.

리워드를 구매하는 데 필요한 포인트 금액은 카드 오른쪽 상단에 표시되어 있습니다.

사용자에게 리워드를 구매할 수 있는 포인트가 충분히 있는 경우에는 리워드 카드 하단에 구매 버튼이 나타납니다. 리워드를 구매할 만큼 포인트가 충분하지 않은 경우에는 리워드 카드에는 구매 버튼 대신 이 상품을 구매하려면 (x) 포인트가 더 필요합니다 가 표시됩니다.

Click the Buy button on a reward to purchase it. A Confirmation pop-up window appears, asking if the user is sure they want to purchase the reward. Click Ok to purchase the item, or Cancel to close the window, and cancel the purchase.

After Ok is clicked, the pop-up window closes, and the points used to purchase the reward are subtracted from the user’s available points. The rewards presented are now updated to reflect the user’s current available points.
