Odoo provides robust tools to monitor and analyze your e-commerce’s performance and optimize the processing of order confirmation emails during high-traffic periods.

Monitorizarea datelor

The eCommerce reporting view allows you to monitor and analyze the performance of your online sales. To access it, go to Website ‣ Reporting ‣ eCommerce. The eCommerce Dashboard helps monitor everything related to the online shop, e.g., sales performance by product or category. By default, the graph shows data for Confirmed Orders and the current month.

Click the Measures button to select the metric to analyze, such as Discount %, Qty Invoiced, Untaxed Total (default), or Volume. You can also switch between pivot and graph views, and create a spreadsheet by clicking Insert in Spreadsheet.

Optimizarea cozii de e-mailuri

Pentru website-urile care gestionează vânzări rapide (de exemplu, bilete la evenimente) sau au vârfuri mari de trafic, e-mailurile de confirmare a comenzii pot deveni un blocaj de performanță, încetinind procesul de finalizare pentru alți clienți.

Pentru a îmbunătăți performanța, aceste e-mailuri pot fi puse în coadă și procesate separat de fluxul de confirmare a comenzii. Acest lucru este gestionat de acțiunea programată Sales: Send pending emails, care trimite e-mailurile din coadă cât mai repede posibil.

Pentru a activa trimiterea asincronă a e-mailurilor:

  1. Enable the Modul dezvoltator (mod depanare).

  2. Open the Settings app and go to Settings ‣ Technical ‣ System Parameters.

  3. Search for the sale.async_emails system parameter, set its Value to True, and click Save.

  4. Navigate to Settings ‣ Technical ‣ Scheduled Actions.

  5. Select the Sales: Send pending emails scheduled action.

  6. Ensure the Active switch is enabled.

This configuration is recommended only for high-traffic websites, as it may introduce unnecessary delays for order confirmation and invoice emails on websites with moderate traffic.
