Belöningar

After employees have successfully earned referral points, they can exchange their points by purchasing rewards in Odoo’s Referrals application. Rewards must be created and configured before employees can redeem points for rewards.

Skapa belöningar

Rewards are the only configurations needed when setting up the Referrals application.

Viktigt

Only users with Administrator rights for the Recruitment application can create or modify rewards.

För att lägga till belöningar, navigera till Referrals app ‣ Configuration ‣ Rewards. Klicka på New, och ett formulär för belöningar laddas. Ange följande information i formuläret:

• Product Name: Enter the name as it should appear for the reward. This field is required.

• Cost: Enter the amount of points required to redeem the reward.

• Company: Select the company the reward is configured for using the drop-down menu. If a reward is available for multiple companies, each company must configure a reward for their specific company. This field only appears in multi-company databases; if this field appears, it is required.

  Example

  A database set up for three different companies offers a gift card as a reward. In the database, there are three separate rewards listed for a gift card, one for each of the three companies.

• Gift Responsible: Select the person responsible for procuring and delivering the reward to the recipient using the drop-down menu. This person is alerted when the reward is bought in the Referrals app, so they know when to deliver the reward to the recipient.

• Photo: Add a photo of the reward, which appears on the rewards page.

• Description tab: Type in the description for the reward. This is visible on the reward card, beneath the title. This field is required.

Viktigt

Det är lämpligt att ange en Cost och lägga till en Photo. Om ingen kostnad anges är standardkostnaden noll, vilket innebär att belöningen listas som gratis i belöningsbutiken. Om inget foto väljs visas en platshållarikon på belöningssidan.

Lös in belöningar

För att kunna lösa in en belöning måste poäng tjänas in. Dessa poäng kan sedan användas för att köpa en belöning.

För att köpa en belöning klickar du på knappen Rewards på huvudpanelen Referrals. Alla konfigurerade belöningar finns listade på individuella belöningskort.

Det poängbelopp som krävs för att köpa en belöning anges i det övre högra hörnet på kortet.

Om användaren har tillräckligt med poäng för att köpa en belöning visas en Buy-knapp längst ner på belöningskortet. Om användaren inte har tillräckligt med poäng för att köpa en belöning visas Du behöver ytterligare (x) poäng för att köpa den här belöningen, istället för Buy-knappen.

Click the Buy button on a reward to purchase it. A Confirmation pop-up window appears, asking if the user is sure they want to purchase the reward. Click Ok to purchase the item, or Cancel to close the window, and cancel the purchase.

After Ok is clicked, the pop-up window closes, and the points used to purchase the reward are subtracted from the user’s available points. The rewards presented are now updated to reflect the user’s current available points.
