Zahlungsmethoden¶
Configure a payment method with Odoo Point of Sale to provide customers with various payment options, including cash, card payments through a configured payment terminal, online payments, or customer accounts.
Cash machines
Integrate cash machines to automate cash handling and transaction validation.
Kundenkonto
Allow customers to pay on credit, deposit funds, and manage their debt directly from the POS.
QR-Code-Zahlungen
Generate QR codes for customers to scan and pay using mobile banking apps.
Zahlungsterminals
Connect and configure supported card terminals (e.g., Adyen, Stripe, Ingenico) to process card payments.

Um eine Zahlungsmethode zu erstellen, gehen Sie zu , klicken Sie auf Neu und befolgen Sie die nächsten Schritte:
Geben Sie einen Namen für die Zahlungsmethode ein.
Aktivieren Sie bei Bedarf die folgenden Optionen:
Online Payment: To link the payment method to a payment provider and enable online payments, select a provider in the Allowed Providers field or click Payment Providers to install one.
Kunden identifizieren: Erzwingen Sie die Auswahl eines Kunden während der Zahlung.
Select the preferred Journal to record all transactions.
Wählen Sie das entsprechende Kassensystem aus, um die Zahlungsmethode zu aktivieren.
Legen Sie das Feld Integration auf eine der folgenden Optionen fest:
Keine erforderlich: Für Barzahlungen.
Terminal: Richten Sie ein Terminal ein und ermöglichen Sie Kartenzahlungen.
Bank App (QR Code): Add at least one bank account to the journal to enable QR code payments with a bank app. Select a QR Code Format in the form.
Cash Machine: Connect a Cashdro or a Glory cash machine to automate the point of sale’s cash transactions.

Bemerkung
The Delivery Payment option links a payment method to online orders placed through Urban Piper. Select the appropriate Delivery Provider to associate with the payment method.
Wenn die Buchhaltungsapp installiert ist, verwenden Sie bei Bedarf das Feld Zwischenkonto, um Transaktionen für diese Zahlungsmethode in einem bestimmten Forderungskonto zu erfassen und so die Rückverfolgbarkeit zu verbessern. Lassen Sie das Feld leer, um das Standard-Forderungskonto des Unternehmens zu verwenden. Wenn ein Journal ausgewählt ist, kann bei Bedarf auch ein Konto für offene Rechnungen festgelegt werden.
Tipp
Verwenden Sie ein spezielles Kassajournal, um Barzahlungen zu erfassen.
Stellen Sie das Journal immer auf Bank ein, wenn Sie ein Zahlungsterminal konfigurieren.
One-click payment¶
The one-click payment feature allows you to bypass the payment screen for a faster checkout. To activate this setting, navigate to the POS settings, scroll down to the Payment section, and enable One-click Payment. Then, select one or multiple payment methods in the Payment Methods field.
Once activated and configured, open the POS register and add products to the cart. The previously selected payment methods are displayed as shortcut buttons next to the Payment button. Clicking a payment method validates the order immediately and brings you to the receipt screen.
Wichtig
While cash payments are supported, the one-click payment feature assumes the amount received is exact. If the customer requires change, use the standard Payment button to enter the amount tendered manually.
Bemerkung
The feature is unavailable for online, delivery, terminal, or ID-verified payment methods.
