Configure a payment method with Odoo Point of Sale to provide customers with various payment options, including cash, card payments through a configured payment terminal, online payments, or customer accounts.

To create a payment method, go to Point of Sale ‣ Configuration ‣ Payment Methods, click New, and follow the next steps:

  1. 결제 수단의 이름을 입력합니다.

  2. 필요 시 다음 옵션을 활성화합니다:

    • Online Payment: To link the payment method to a payment provider and enable online payments, select a provider in the Allowed Providers field or click Payment Providers to install one.

    • Identify Customer: Force the selection of a customer during the payment.

  3. 모든 거래를 기록할 전표 를 선택합니다.

  4. Select the appropriate Point of Sale to enable the payment method.

  5. 다음 중 하나로 통합 필드를 설정합니다:

    • 필요 없음: 현금 결제 시.

    • 단말기: 단말기 설정 후 카드 결제를 허용합니다.

    • Bank App (QR Code): Add at least one bank account to the journal to enable QR code payments with a bank app. Select a QR Code Format in the form.

    • Cash Machine (Glory): Connect a Glory cash machine to automate the point of sale’s cash transactions.

  6. 저장합니다.

참고

  • The Delivery Payment option links a payment method to online orders placed through Urban Piper. Select the appropriate Delivery Provider to associate with the payment method.

  • If the Accounting app is installed, use the Intermediary Account field, if needed, to record transactions for this payment method in a specific receivable account for better traceability. Leave the field empty to use the company’s default receivable account. When a journal is selected, an Outstanding Account can also be set if required.
