View statistics

To access your statistics, go to Point of Sale ‣ Reporting ‣ Orders. Or, from the POS dashboard, click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) button, Reporting, and Orders.

These statistics are available in a graph or pivot view that you can filter or group depending on your needs.

Analitiche

Once you close the POS register, access the comprehensive report to review all session activities, including who initiated the session (i.e., opened the register) and who handled specific orders. To access the report:

  1. Click the (vertical ellipsis) icon on the POS card.

  2. fai clic su Sessioni nella sezione Vista

  3. dalla vista elenco, puoi visualizzare tutte le sessioni e chi le ha avviate nella colonna Aperta da

  4. Select a session to open a detailed session report.

  5. fai clic sul pulsante Ordini per visualizzare un elenco di tutti gli ordini effettuati durante la sessione

  6. da questa vista, puoi recuperare le seguenti informazioni:

    • il Rif ordine

    • la Data dell’ordine

    • il Punto vendita in cui è stato effettuato l’ordine

    • il Numero ricevuta

    • il Cliente

    • il Dipendente che ha effettuato l’ordine

    • l’importo Totale pagato

    • lo Stato dell’ordine.

To get an overview of all orders for a specific POS, regardless of the session, click the (vertical ellipsis) button on the POS card and select Orders from the View section.
