Models & manufacturers¶
Odoo’s Fleet app categorizes each vehicle by manufacturer and model (e.g. BMW, X2).
Before the vehicle can be added to the Odoo database, its manufacturer
and a model records must already exist in the database.
제조사¶
Odoo’s Fleet app comes preconfigured with sixty-six commonly used car and bicycle manufacturers in the database, along with their logos. To view the pre-loaded manufacturers, go to .
The default filter, With Models, displays only manufacturers that already have vehicle models. Remove the default filter to view all manufacturers.
Manufacturers re listed alphabetically, and each card shows how many specific models are configured for each particular manufacturer.
제조업체 추가하기¶
To add a new manufacturer to the database, click New in the upper-left corner, to open a blank manufacturers form. Type the name of the manufacturer in the Name field, and select an image to upload for the logo.
모델¶
차량 관리에 차량을 추가할 때 차량 모델을 지정하면 레코드를 업데이트하여 관리할 수 있으며, 이 레코드로 유지 관리 일정 및 부품 호환 등 특수한 세부 정보를 추적할 수 있습니다.
Unlike manufacturers, models do not come preconfigured in the Fleet app. When a new vehicle model joins the fleet, the model (and, if necessary, the manufacturer) must be added to the database.
Add a model¶
To add a new vehicle model, navigate to . Click New in the upper-left corner, and enter the following information on the new model form.

Depending on the installed localization, some fields or sections may not appear.
Model name: Enter the model name in the field.
Manufacturer: Using the drop-down menu, select the manufacturer. If it is not configured, add the manufacturer
Vehicle Type: Using the drop-down menu, select one of two preconfigured vehicle types, either Car or Bike.
중요
Additional vehicle types can not be added. Fleet keeps them fixed to preserve its Payroll integration, where vehicles may count as employee benefits.
Category: Using the drop-down menu, select a category for the vehicle or create a new one.
정보 탭¶
정보 탭에서 차량 크기, 탑승 정원, 비용 설정(벨기에 현지화에만 해당), 엔진 정보 등 차량 모델과 관련된 세부 정보를 지정합니다.
모델¶
Seats Number: Enter how many passengers the vehicle can accommodate.
Doors Number: Enter the number of doors the vehicle has.
Model Year: Enter the year the vehicle was manufactured.
Trailer Hitch: Tick this checkbox if the vehicle has a trailer hitch installed.
급여¶
The Salary section only appears if the company has their localization setting set to Belgium. The cost values are all monthly, with the exception of the Catalog Value (VAT Incl.).
Can be requested: Tick this checkbox if employees can request this model vehicle, if a vehicle is part of their employee contract.

C02 탄소세: 벨기에 정부에 납부하는 이산화탄소 배출 수수료입니다. 이 금액은 벨기에 법률 및 규정에 의거하여 자동으로 계산되며 수정할 수 없습니다. 이 금액은 차량 양식의 CO2 배출 필드 (정보 탭의 엔진 섹션)에 입력된 수치를 기준으로 합니다.
중요
CO2 배출량 필드를 수정하면 CO2 탄소세 필드 값이 조정됩니다.
비용(감가상각): 향후 직원의 급여를 설정할 때 표시될 월별 차량 비용을 입력합니다. 이 금액은 차량에 지정된 직원의 총급여와 순급여에 영향을 미칩니다. 현지 세법에 따라 시간이 지남에 따라 감가상각되는 금액입니다. :guilabel:`비용(감가상각)`은 차량 모델 에 자동으로 감가상각되지 않으며, 특정 차량과 연결된 계약 에 의거하여 감가상각됩니다.
Total Cost (Depreciated): This value is the combination of the Cost (Depreciated) and the C02 fee fields. It also depreciated over time.
엔진¶
Fuel Type: Using the drop-down menu, select the type of fuel the vehicle uses. The default options are Diesel, Gasoline, Full Hybrid Plug-in Hybrid Diesel, Plug-in Hybrid Gasoline, CNG, LPG, Hydrogen, or Electric.
Range: Enter the distance the vehicle can travel on one tank of gas, or one battery charge, in kilometers.
CO2 Emissions: Enter the average carbon dioxide emissions the vehicle produces in grams per kilometer (g/km). This information is provided by the car manufacturer.
CO2 Standard: Enter the standard amount of carbon dioxide in grams per kilometer (g/km) for a similar-sized vehicle.
Transmission: Using the drop-down menu, select the type of transmission, either Manual or Automatic.
Power Unit: Using the drop-down menu, select how the vehicle’s power is measured, either in kilowatts or horsepower.
Power: If the vehicle is electric or hybrid, enter the power the vehicle uses in kilowatts (kW). This field only appears if kW is selected for the Power field.
Horsepower: Enter the vehicle’s horsepower in this field. This field only appears if Horsepower is selected for the Power field.
마력세: 차량 엔진 크기에 따라 부과되는 과세 금액을 입력합니다. 이 금액은 현지 세금 및 규정에 따라 결정되며 지역별로 상이합니다. 정확한 세액을 확인할 수 있도록 회계 부서에 문의하는 것을 권장합니다. 이 필드는 출력 필드에 마력 이 선택된 경우에만 활성화되어 나타납니다.
마력세: 엔진 사양에 따라 부과되는 과세 금액을 입력합니다. 이 금액은 현지 세법에 따라 다르므로 정확한 세액 입력이 되었는지 확인하려면 회계 부서에 문의하는 것이 좋습니다. 이 필드는 출력 필드가 마력 으로 설정된 경우에만 나타납니다.
Tax Deduction: The percentage that can be deducted from taxes is populated based on the localization, and cannot be modified. This field only appears for certain localizations.
공급업체 탭¶
Specify the vendors a vehicle can be purchased from in this tab. With proper setup, requests for quotations for vehicles can be created through Odoo’s Purchase app.
공급업체를 추가하려면 공급업체 탭의 왼쪽 상단에 있는 추가 를 클릭합니다. 그러면 공급업체 추가 팝업창이 나타며 현재 데이터베이스에 있는 모든 공급업체 목록을 확인할 수 있습니다. 공급업체를 추가하려면 공급업체 이름 옆에 있는 확인란을 선택한 다음 선택 을 클릭합니다. 목록에 추가할 수 있는 공급업체 수에는 제한이 없습니다.
데이터베이스에 공급업체 정보가 아직 입력되지 않은 경우에는 추가: 공급업체 팝업창의 왼쪽 하단에 있는 신규 를 클릭하면 공급업체를 추가할 수 있습니다. 공급업체 만들기 양식이 나타나면 필요한 정보를 입력한 다음 저장 및 닫기 를 클릭하여 공급업체를 추가하거나 저장 및 새로 만들기 를 클릭하여 현재 작업 중인 공급업체를 추가한 후 다른 공급업체 정보를 새로 생성합니다.
모델 카테고리¶
To aid with fleet organization, it is recommended to have vehicle models housed under a specific category. Model categories are set on the vehicle model form.
Odoo does not come with any categories preconfigured; all categories must be added.
To view any categories currently set up in the database, navigate to . All categories are displayed in a list view.
새 모델 카테고리 추가하기¶
새로 카테고리를 추가하려면 카테고리 현황판 왼쪽 상단에 있는 신규 버튼을 클릭합니다. 목록 하단에 새로 입력할 수 있는 줄이 나타납니다. 새 카테고리를 입력한 다음 저장 을 클릭하거나 화면에서 아무 곳이나 클릭하면 항목이 저장됩니다.
목록에서 카테고리가 표시되는 방식을 다시 지정하려면 원하는 카테고리 이름 왼쪽에 있는 (드래그 가능) 아이콘을 클릭하여 변경할 위치로 줄을 드래그합니다.
목록의 순서는 데이터베이스에 전혀 영향을 미치지 않습니다. 다만 차량 카테고리를 순서에 맞게 표시하는 것이 더 편리할 수 있으며, 예를 들어 탑승 인원 수 순으로 순서를 정할 수 있습니다.
