車型與製造商

Odoo’s Fleet app categorizes each vehicle by manufacturer and model (e.g. BMW, X2). Before the vehicle can be added to the Odoo database, its manufacturer and a model records must already exist in the database.

製造商

Odoo’s Fleet app comes preconfigured with sixty-six commonly used car and bicycle manufacturers in the database, along with their logos. To view the pre-loaded manufacturers, go to Fleet app ‣ Configuration ‣ Manufacturers.

預設篩選條件包含車型僅顯示已有車型的製造商。移除預設篩選條件即可檢視*所有*製造商。

Manufacturers re listed alphabetically, and each card shows how many specific models are configured for each particular manufacturer.

加入製造商

To add a new manufacturer to the database, click New in the upper-left corner, to open a blank manufacturers form. Type the name of the manufacturer in the Name field, and select an image to upload for the logo.

型號

在向车队添加车辆时，请指定车辆型号，以维护更新记录，从而追踪具体细节，如维护计划和零件兼容性。

資訊分頁

在 信息 选项卡中，指定有关汽车型号的详细信息，如汽车尺寸、载客量、成本设置（仅适用于比利时本地化）和发动机信息。

模型

• Seats Number: Enter how many passengers the vehicle can accommodate.

• Doors Number: Enter the number of doors the vehicle has.

• 車型年份：輸入車輛製造年份。

• 拖車掛勾：若車輛已安裝拖車掛勾，請勾選此勾選方格。

薪資

薪資區段**僅**在公司的在地化設定為比利時時才會顯示。成本值皆為*每月*金額，但目錄價值（含加值稅）除外。

• 目录价值（含增值税）：输入购买或租赁时车辆的 MSRP（制造商建议零售价）。

重要

修改CO2 排放量欄位會調整CO2 費用欄位中的值。

• 成本（折舊）：輸入每月車輛成本，此值會顯示在未來員工的薪資配置器中。此值會影響分配到該車輛之員工的總薪資與淨薪資。此數值會根據當地稅法隨時間折舊。成本（折舊）**不會**在*車型*上自動折舊，僅會根據已連結至特定車輛的*合約*折舊。

• 總成本（折舊）：此值為成本（折舊）與C02 費用欄位的總和。此值也會隨時間折舊。

引擎

• 燃料類型：使用下拉式選單選取車輛使用的燃料類型。預設選項為柴油、汽油、全混合動力、插電式混合動力柴油、插電式混合動力汽油、CNG、LPG、氫或電動。

• Range: Enter the distance the vehicle can travel on one tank of gas, or one battery charge, in kilometers.

• CO2 Emissions: Enter the average carbon dioxide emissions the vehicle produces in grams per kilometer (g/km). This information is provided by the car manufacturer.

• CO2 Standard: Enter the standard amount of carbon dioxide in grams per kilometer (g/km) for a similar-sized vehicle.

• 變速箱：使用下拉式選單選擇變速箱類型，可選手動或自動。

• 動力單位：使用下拉式選單選擇車輛動力的測量方式，可選千瓦或馬力。

• Horsepower: Enter the vehicle’s horsepower in this field. This field only appears if Horsepower is selected for the Power field.

• Horsepower Taxation: Enter the amount that is taxed, based on the size of the vehicle’s engine. This is determined by local taxes and regulations, and varies depending on the location. It is recommended to check with the accounting department to ensure this value is correct. This field only appears if Horsepower is selected for the Power field.

• Horsepower Taxation: Enter the amount of taxes incurred according to the engine specifications. The number is dependent on the local tax laws, therefore it is recommended to check with the accounting department to ensure the correct taxation amount is entered. This field only appears if the Power field is set to Horsepower.

• 稅務扣減：可從稅額扣減的百分比會根據本地化自動填入，**無法**修改。此欄位僅針對特定本地化顯示。

供應商分頁

在此分頁中指定可購買車輛的供應商。透過適當的設定，可透過 Odoo 的採購應用程式建立車輛的報價請求。

To add a vendor, click Add in the upper-left corner of the Vendors tab. This opens an Add: Vendors pop-up window, with a list of all the vendors currently in the database. Add a vendor by ticking the checkbox next to the vendor name, then click Select. No limitations exist on the number of vendors that can be added to this list.

If a vendor is not already in the database, add a vendor by clicking New in the bottom-left of the Add: Vendors pop-up window. In the Create Vendors form that appears, enter the necessary information, then click Save & Close to add the vendor, or click Save & New to add the current vendor and create another new vendor.

型號類別

為協助車隊組織管理，建議將車輛型號歸類於特定類別。型號類別在車輛型號表單上設定。

Odoo **不**提供任何預先配置的類別，所有類別**必須**自行加入。

若要查看資料庫中目前設定的任何類別，請前往車隊應用程式 ‣ 配置 ‣ 類別。所有類別會以清單檢視顯示。

加入新的型號類別

若要加入新類別，請按一下類別 Dashboard 左上角的新增按鈕。清單底部會出現新的記項資料行。輸入新類別，然後按一下儲存或按一下螢幕上的任何位置以儲存記項。

若要重新組織類別在清單中的顯示方式，請按一下任何所需類別名稱左側的 （可拖曳）圖示，並將該資料行拖曳至所需位置。

清單的順序*不會*以任何方式影響資料庫。不過，以特定順序檢視車輛類別可能較為理想，例如依大小或車輛可搭載的乘客人數排序。

備註

與庫存應用程式搭配使用時，最大重量和最大容積欄位可追蹤車輛的容量。這有助於透過顯示產品裝載的剩餘空間和重量來管理內部配送。
