Barcodes for lot and serial numbers

The Barcode app saves time and prevents user errors while handling lot and serial numbers. Instead of typing long sequences of characters, print and scan barcodes instead.

To use lot or serial numbers:

1. They must be enabled in the database.

2. Tracking by lot or serial number must be selected for each product.

GS1-compatible QR codes

GS1 nomenclature can be used for serial numbers and lots.

To enable GS1 barcodes for lots and serial numbers, go to Inventory app ‣ Configuration ‣ Settings and in the Traceability section under Lots & Serial Numbers, tick the box for Print GS1 Barcodes for Lots & Serial Numbers.

GS1 lot and serial number barcodes require a 2D-capable scanner to be scanned. See hardware configuration to ensure that the feature is compatible with available equipment.

Mandatory and optional scanning

입고 및 출고 주문과 같은 작업 유형은 개별적으로 환경설정할 수 있으며 일련번호 또는 로트번호가 필요 여부에 따라 다르게 지정합니다. 또한, 각 작업 유형의 바코드 탭에서는 로트번호 또는 일련번호 스캔을 필수 항목으로 지정할 지 여부를 설정할 수 있습니다. 스캔 필수 는 필수 일련번호 또는 로트번호가 인식되는 방법으로 바코드 스캔만 가능하다는 의미이며, 스캔 선택 은 필요한 경우 사용자가 바코드를 직접 입력할 수 있는 방식입니다.

일련번호 및 로트번호 바코드 스캔을 필수 작업으로 설정하려면 재고 관리 앱 ‣ 환경설정 ‣ 작업 유형 으로 이동하여 일련번호에 바코드 스캔을 필수로 할 작업 유형을 선택합니다. 그런 다음 바코드 앱 탭을 클릭하고 스캔 필수 섹션에서 로트/일련번호 를 스캔 필수 로 설정하세요.

Barcodes for products and lots

인쇄하려는 바코드가 하나 이상의 품목에 해당하는 로트 및 일련번호 바코드인 경우에는 재고 관리 앱 ‣ 품목 ‣ 로트/일련번호 로 이동합니다. 목록 보기에서 인쇄할 품목의 확인란에 표시한 후 인쇄 버튼을 클릭하고 프린터 설정에 따라 PDF 또는 ZPL을 선택합니다.

작업

로트번호나 일련번호로 추적되는 모든 품목에 대해 바코드 작업을 하려면, 기본 바코드 페이지에서 :guilabel:`작업`을 선택한 후 인터페이스에서 원하는 작업을 선택하거나 특정 피킹 순서의 바코드를 스캔하면 됩니다. 주문 스캔 후에는 바코드를 선택하거나 스캔하여 품목을 선택하고 각 수량의 로트번호나 일련번호를 스캔합니다.

팁

공급업체 로트 및 일련번호 바코드가 운송 중 손상되어 스캔이 불가능한 상태로 도착할 수 있으므로 일련번호 또는 로트 스캔을 선택 사항으로 설정 하는 것이 좋습니다. 설정하지 않을 경우, 바코드 손상으로 인해 입고 확인 절차가 중단될 수 있습니다.

For products that are starting out without a serial number, there are three options to manage them: manually typing in the number, generating them ahead of time, or disabling serial numbers for that operation.

Manually input serial and lot numbers

품목 수량이 적거나 배송 빈도가 낮은 경우, 수령 시 로트번호 또는 일련번호를 입력하는 것이 가장 효율적인 방법일 수 있습니다. 기존 영수증을 열거나 새 영수증을 생성한 후 품목 바코드를 스캔하고 (연필) 아이콘을 탭하세요. 일련번호/로트번호 필드를 탭한 후 일련번호를 입력하고 확인 을 탭하세요.

Generate serial numbers before a receipt

Lot and serial numbers can be generated from a scheduled receipt before the products arrive. This has the advantage of making it possible to print all the serial numbers with the picking order for the receipt.

로트번호 및 일련번호를 생성하려면 재고 관리 앱에서 입고 를 클릭한 후 로트번호나 일련번호를 생성해야 하는 입고 항목을 선택합니다. 작업 탭에서 해당 제품에 대한 내용을 찾아서 (목록) 아이콘을 클릭합니다. 열기: 재고 이동 팝업 메뉴에서 일련번호/로트번호 생성 을 클릭합니다.

Disable lot and serial numbers for a receipt

로트번호 및 일련번호 기능을 작업 단계에서 비활성화한 경우에는, 해당 방식으로 추적되는 품목은 일련번호나 로트번호 없이도 수취할 수 있습니다. 수취 단계에서 일련번호를 스캔하는 것은 가능하지만, 누락된 번호가 있을 경우에는 재고 관리 앱에서 생성해야 합니다.

To disable the use of serial numbers for a particular operation type, go to Inventory app ‣ Configuration ‣ Operations Types and select the operation type. In the LOTS/SERIAL NUMBERS section, untick Create New and Use Existing ones.

참고

The Create New option will require the user to supply a serial number or lot number, either by scanning or type (if optional scan is enabled), and will not automatically generate serial numbers the way the Inventory app can.
