SEPA 직불 결제

SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) is a payment-integration initiative of the European Union that facilitates standardized and simplified electronic payments in euros across participating countries.

SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) is a payment provider that allows future payments to be collected from customers’ bank accounts based on a signed SEPA Direct Debit mandate. This is particularly useful for recurring payments based on a subscription.

To use the SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) payment provider and create SEPA Direct Debit mandates:

  • The invoice being paid must be for an amount in euros.

  • The SEPA Direct Deposit (SDD) feature must be enabled, and the company’s Creditor Identifier must be defined in the Accounting or Invoicing settings.

환경설정

To configure SEPA Direct Debit, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the SEPA Direct Debit payment provider.

  2. In the Configuration tab, select whether the memo or Communication to be displayed alongside the payment instructions should be:

    • Based on Document Reference: the sales order or invoice number

    • Based on Customer ID: the customer identifier

  3. Select the Enable QR codes check box to activate QR code payments.

    Additional accounting setup is required to use QR codes.

  4. Edit the default payment instructions in the Messages tab to include your bank account number. These instructions are displayed at the end of the checkout process on your ecommerce website or on the customer portal.

  5. 상태 항목을 사용함 으로 설정합니다.

중요

  • Leave the Currencies field set to the default EUR tag to ensure SDD is only available for payments in euros.

  • The Bank Account defined for the Payment Journal must be a valid IBAN.

온라인 결제

Online payments with SDD

Customers selecting SDD as a payment method are prompted to enter their IBAN to complete the SEPA Direct Debit mandate.

그러면 제공된 IBAN을 기준으로 SDD 위임장 초안 이 자동으로 생성됩니다. 해당 내용을 승인하려면 고객은 반드시 각각의 새로운 위임장을 확정해야 하며 이와 함께 SEPA 계좌 이체 제공업체 양식 에 지정되어 있는 고유 결제 참조 번호(통신 번호) 를 이용하여 은행 이체를 통해 예상 금액을 성공적으로 납부해야 합니다. 이와 같이 초기 결제 납부가 완료되고 조정 까지 실행되면 위임장이 자동으로 승인되고 활성 상태로 업데이트됩니다. 위임장이 활성화되면 SDD 결제 수단을 사용하여 이루어지는 모든 후속 결제에 다시 사용됩니다. 그런 다음 온라인 뱅킹 인터페이스 에 업로드하여 위임장을 받을 수 있습니다.

  • Mandates are automatically closed 36 months after the date of the last collection.

  • SDD is also available as a payment method through other providers, such as Adyen, Buckaroo, and Stripe. In these cases, SDD mandates are handled externally by the payment provider.
