Adjust inventory with barcodes¶
재고 조정 또는 재고 감사란, 데이터베이스에 기록된 수량과 실물 제품 재고를 대조하여 확인하는 절차입니다. 정기적인 감사를 통해 재고 기록을 정확하게 관리하고 재고 불일치 발생을 방지하며 효율적으로 운영할 수 있습니다. 일반적인 창고 환경에서 관리자가 직원에게 재고 수량을 특정하여 지시하면, 직원이 지정된 위치로 이동하여 제품 바코드를 스캔하고 필요에 따라 수량을 조정합니다.
Inventory adjustments can be completed through the Barcode application using a compatible scanner, or the Odoo mobile app.

To access this demo data, navigate to the and click demo data sheet or barcodes in the banner above the scanner.
Assigning inventory counts¶
재고 실사를 진행하기에 앞서, 관리자는 직원에게 실사 작업을 배정 합니다. 배정 작업은 에서 실사할 위치와 품목을 선택하고 사용자 를 지정하여 이루어집니다. 배정이 완료되면 보류 중인 실사 결과를 바코드 앱을 열어서 확인할 수 있습니다.
To view a requested inventory count, navigate to the dashboard. If a count has been requested, the number of products to be counted is listed on the Inventory count button.
환경설정¶
바코드 앱을 활용하여 재고 조정을 하려면 먼저 앱을 설치하고 환경설정을 해야 합니다. 으로 이동하여 바코드 섹션까지 스크롤합니다. 바코드 스캐너 옆의 확인란을 선택하고 저장 을 클릭하여 변경 사항을 저장합니다. 필요한 경우 팝업창에서 확인 을 클릭합니다.

바코드 기능을 활성화하려면 먼저 바코드 애플리케이션을 설치해야 합니다. 무료 요금제 데이터베이스에 새 애플리케이션을 설치하면 무료 15일 평가판이 시작됩니다. 평가판 기간이 종료된 후 데이터베이스에 유료 구독을 추가하지 않는 경우에는 더 이상 액세스할 수 없습니다.
저장 후에는 바코드 스캐너 옵션 아래에 바코드 분류법 이라는 제목으로 새 드롭다운 메뉴가 나타나며, 여기에서 기본 명칭 또는 기본 GS1 명칭 중 하나를 선택할 수 있습니다. 각 바코드 명칭 옵션에 따라 스캐너에서 Odoo 내에서 바코드를 해석하는 방식이 결정됩니다.
To count products using barcodes, ensure that barcodes for products and storage locations are set up within Odoo first. Refer to this section for detailed instructions: Set Product Barcodes.
Performing an inventory count¶
To perform an inventory adjustment, first navigate to the . If assigned counts exist, tap Inventory Count to view pending tasks.
Walk to the designated storage location, then scan the location barcode.
팁
If the warehouse multi-location feature is not enabled in the database, a source location does not need to be scanned. Instead, scan the product barcode to start the inventory adjustment.
Doing so highlights the location and displays all of the products stored there. Scan the barcode of each product to adjust its count.
참고
If no counts have been assigned to a user, and the Count Entire Locations feature is not enabled, no products may appear after the location barcode is scanned.
수량을 변경해야 하는 경우 (편집) 아이콘을 탭하면 수동으로 조정할 수 있습니다. 이렇게 하면 키패드가 별도의 창으로 열립니다. 수량 줄의 숫자를 수정하면 수량이 변경됩니가. 또는 +1 및 -1 버튼으로 품목 수량을 추가하거나 줄일 수도 있으며 숫자 키를 활용하여 수량을 알맞게 조정하는 것도 가능합니다.
Example
아래의 재고 조정 예시에서는 출고지인 WH/Stock/Shelf/1 을 스캔하여 위치를 지정했습니다. 그런 다음, ‘[FURN_7888] 스크린이 있는 책상 스탠드’ 품목 바코드를 세 번 스캔하여 개수를 늘리는 조정 작업을 했습니다. 이와 같이 조정하여 품목 바코드를 스캔하는 방식으로 품목을 추가할 수 있습니다.
Count entire locations¶
전체 위치 계산 기능으로 사용자가 한 위치의 바코드를 스캔하면 해당 위치에 있는 모든 품목을 계산하도록 지정할 수 있습니다. 이를 통해 주기별 수량을 더욱 쉽게 계산할 수 있으며, 이는 한 사용자가 한 가지 품목 계산을 전체 위치에 대해 계산하도록 지정하기 때문입니다. 주기별 수량 계산 중에는 재고 수량을 정확히 확인하고, 위치에 있어야 할 품목이 누락되었는지 확인하거나, 위치 내에 잘못 보관된 품목이 있는지 확인할 수 있습니다.
To enable this feature, navigate to , and scroll to the Barcode section. Tick the Count Entire Locations checkbox, then click Save.
중요
This setting is only visible if the Storage Locations checkbox is ticked.
To perform an inventory count of an entire location, navigate to . Scan the desired location barcode. The app then displays all assigned products in that location. Proceed with the count as normal.
Show quantity to count¶
재고 실사 진행 시, 기본값으로 품목에 대한 예상 수량이 표시되어 사용자에게 실사에 대한 기준선을 제공합니다. 다만 새로 실사를 진행하는 대신 이 수량대로 의존하게 될 가능성이 있을 경우에는 해당 수량을 숨기는 것도 가능합니다.
Navigate to . In the Barcode section, clear the Show Quantity to Count checkbox, then click Save.
Manually add products to an inventory count¶
When barcodes for location or products are not available, Odoo Barcode can still be used to perform inventory counts.
To do this, navigate to the .
To manually add products to this adjustment, click the white Add Product button at the bottom of the screen.
그러면 새로운 빈 페이지로 이동하며 여기에서 반드시 원하는 품목과, 수량, 출고지를 선택해야 합니다.
먼저 품목 항목을 클릭하고 재고 수를 조정하려는 품목을 선택합니다. 그런 다음 해당 품목에 적용하려는 수량을 수동으로 입력합니다. 수량 줄에 있는 1`을 변경하여 품목 수량을 수동으로 입력하거나, :guilabel:`+1 및 -1 버튼을 클릭하여 품목 수량을 더하거나 줄이는 방법을 사용할 수도 있습니다. 숫자 패드를 사용하여 수량을 추가하는 것도 가능합니다.
숫자 패드 아래에는 기본적으로 창고/재고 라고 표시된 위치 줄이 나타나 있습니다. 이 줄을 클릭하면 선택할 수 있는 위치 드롭다운 메뉴가 표시되며, 본 재고 조정 작업을 진행할 수 있도록 출고지 를 선택합니다.
Click Confirm to confirm the changes.
Finalizing an inventory count¶
After counting all of the products, review the entries to ensure all the counted quantities are accurately entered. To complete the inventory adjustment, click Apply.
팁
The Validate barcode can be scanned in place of clicking the Apply button.
Odoo then navigates back to the Barcode Scanning screen. A small green banner appears in the top-right corner, confirming the inventory count has been updated.
