View all jobs¶
To see all job positions that are actively recruiting candidates, click the View Jobs button on the main Referrals app dashboard. This presents all job positions, with each job presented with its own card.
채용 부문 카드에는 다음과 같은 정보가 표시됩니다.
채용 중인 부문의 직위입니다. 이 정보는 채용 양식의 채용 부문 필드에서 가져옵니다.
채용 중인 부문 의 숫자입니다. 이 정보는 채용 양식에 있는 채용 탭의 신규 입사 예정자 필드에서 가져옵니다.
The points a user earns when an applicant applies for the position.
채용 부문에 대해 자세히 설명되어 있는 직무 안내입니다. 이 정보는 채용 양식에 있는 채용 부문 탭에서 가져옵니다.
참고
Only published job positions are visible in the Referrals app. To check which job positions are published or not, refer to the 직위 documentation.
이메일 전송¶
개별 채용 공고를 이메일로 공유하려면 해당하는 채용 공고 카드에 있는 :icon:`fa-envelope-o`(:guilabel:`이메일 보내기`) 버튼을 클릭합니다. 이메일로 채용 제안 보내기 템플릿을 활용하여 미리 설정되어 있는 이메일 템플릿이 팝업 창에 표시됩니다. 이메일 필드에 받는 사람의 이메일 주소를 입력하세요.
제목 및 본문 은 기본 템플릿을 사용하여 입력됩니다. 기본값으로 제목 은 채용 정보 안내 로 되어 있으나 원하는 경우 수정할 수 있습니다.
채용 부문에 있는 특정한 제목이 이메일 본문의 채용 부문 자리 표시자에 입력됩니다. 이메일 본문에 있는 ‘채용 공고 보기’ 텍스트는 웹사이트에 기재된 특정 부문에 대한 개별적인 추적 링크입니다.
When the prospective employee receives the email, the link sends them to the job position page, where they can apply for the position, and the person who referred them is tracked in the Referrals app.
원하는 경우 텍스트나 마무리 인사말을 이메일 본문에 추가합니다. 편집이 완료되면 메일 보내기 를 클릭하여 이메일을 전송하거나 취소 를 클릭하여 팝업 창을 닫습니다.
SMS 보내기¶
SMS(문자 메시지)를 통해 직무를 다른 사람에게 공유하려면, 채용 공고 카드에서 SMS 보내기 버튼을 클릭하면 됩니다. 미리 준비되어 있는 SMS로 채용 제안 보내기 팝업 창이 나타납니다. 수신자 필드에 수신자의 휴대폰 번호를 입력하세요.
Modify the prepopulated Body message, if desired, then click the Send SMS button to send the message, or click Cancel to close the pop-up window and cancel the message.
참고
문자 메시지 전송은 Odoo에서 기본 기능이 아닙니다. 문자 메시지를 전송하려면 크레딧이 있어야 하며, 이를 구매해야 합니다. IAP 크레딧 및 요금제에 대한 자세한 내용은 인앱 결제(IAP) 문서를 참조하세요.
WhatsApp 전송¶
To share an individual job position with someone via WhatsApp, click the Send WhatsApp button on the specific job position card. A preconfigured Send Job Offer by WhatsApp pop-up window appears. Enter the recipient’s mobile number in the Recipient field.
Modify the default message, if desired, then click the Send WhatsApp button to send the message, or click Cancel to close the pop-up window and cancel the message.
참고
To send WhatsApp messages, WhatsApp must be configured in Odoo. For more information, refer to the 왓츠앱 documentation.
채용 페이지¶
To see all the details for a job position, click the Job Page button on the specific card. Doing so opens the job position webpage in a new browser tab. This is what an applicant sees before applying for a position.
페이스북¶
To share the job position using Facebook, click the Share Now button.
If the user is already logged into Facebook, when the Share Now button is clicked, Facebook loads in a new tab, where a Create post pop-up window loads with the tracking link attached.
게시물에 추가할 추가 정보를 입력한 다음 Facebook에서 사용할 수 있는 선택 항목을 통해 채용 정보를 공유합니다.
참고
Facebook을 통해 채용 공고를 공유하려면 먼저 사용자가 반드시 Facebook에 로그인해야 합니다. 사용자가 아직 로그인하지 않은 경우, 지금 공유 버튼을 클릭하면 새 탭에 로그인하지 않았습니다. 로그인 후 다시 시도해 주세요. 라는 메시지가 로드됩니다.
X (이전 트위터)¶
To share a job position on X, click the X Share Now button.
사용자가 이미 X에 로그인되어 있는 경우에는, X 지금 공유하기 버튼을 클릭하면 새 탭에 X 페이지가 로드되고 여기에서 즉시 게시가 가능하도록 미리 내용이 입력되어 있는 초안 팝업창을 확인할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 아직 로그인하지 않은 경우, 대신 로그인 화면이 로드되어 먼저 X에 로그인하도록 안내합니다.
Type in any additional information, or make any edits to the default message, then share using the available options in X.
링크드인¶
To share a job position on LinkedIn, click the Share Now button.
사용자가 이미 LinkedIn에 로그인되어 있는 경우에는, 지금 공유하기 버튼을 클릭하면 LinkedIn에 새 탭이 로드되고 상단에 해당 채용 부문에 대한 링크가 표시됩니다. 사용자가 아직 로그인하지 않은 경우에는, 대신 로그인 화면이 로드되어 먼저 LinkedIn에 로그인하도록 안내합니다.
채용 정보는 개인 (또는 개인 그룹)에 공개 게시물이나 비공개 메시지로 공유할 수 있습니다.
메시지 또는 게시물에 추가 정보를 입력하거나 수정한 다음 LinkedIn에서 사용할 수 있는 선택 항목을 통해 공유합니다.
