Personalbuchhaltung Employment Hero

The Employment Hero module synchronises payslip accounting entries (e.g., expenses, social charges, liabilities, taxes) automatically from Employment Hero to Odoo. Payroll administration is still done in Employment Hero, but the journal entries are done in Odoo.

Konfiguration

  1. Aktivieren Sie das Modul Personalbuchhaltung Employment Hero (l10n_employment_hero).

  2. Konfigurieren Sie die API von Employment Hero, indem Sie auf Buchhaltung ‣ Konfiguration ‣ Einstellungen gehen. Weitere Felder werden sichtbar, wenn Sie auf Employment-Hero-Integration aktivieren klicken.

    • The API Key can be found in the My Account section of the Employment Hero platform.

    • The Payroll URL is left empty by default to avoid any confusion. Please fill it according to the documentation specific to the localization.

  3. Konfigurieren Sie die Steuer, indem Sie zu Buchhaltung ‣ Konfiguration ‣ Steuern gehen. Erstellen Sie die notwendigen Steuern für die Buchungen der Gehaltsabrechnung von Employment Hero. Geben Sie den Steuercode von Employment Hero in das Feld Passende Steuer von Employment ein.

Wie funktioniert die API?

Die API synchronisiert die Journaleinträge von Employment Hero mit Odoo und lässt sie im Entwurfsmodus. Die Referenz enthält die Eintragsnummer von Employment Hero in Klammern, damit der Benutzer denselben Datensatz in Employment Hero und Odoo leicht abrufen kann.

By default, the synchronisation happens once per week. The records can be fetched manually by going to Accounting ‣ Configuration ‣ Settings and, in the Enable Employment Hero Integration option, click on Fetch Payruns Manually.

Auch die Gehaltsabrechnungen von Employment Hero funktionieren nach dem Prinzip der doppelten Buchführung.

For the API to work, create the same accounts as the default accounts of the Employment Hero business (same name and same code) in Odoo. The correct account types must be chosen in Odoo to generate accurate financial reports.
