레스토랑이나 바의 워크플로우에 프린터를 통합하면 프론트 팀과 백오피스 팀 간의 커뮤니케이션과 협업이 향상되어 보다 효율적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있습니다.

프린터 활성화 및 생성

주방 또는 바 프린터로 주문 전송을 활성화하려면 POS ‣ 설정 ‣ 환경설정`으로 이동합니다. :guilabel:`레스토랑 및 바 섹션까지 아래로 스크롤한 다음 주방 프린터`를 활성화합니다. :guilabel:`프린터 필드에 프린터 이름을 입력하고, :guilabel:`생성 및 편집…`을 클릭하여 설정 양식을 엽니다.

기존 프린터 목록을 가져오거나 프린터를 수정하려면 :guilabel:`–> 프린터`를 클릭하고 원하는 프린터를 선택하여 설정 양식을 엽니다.

:ref:`설정 양식 <kitchen_printing/enable>`에서 설치에 따라 :guilabel:`프린터 유형`을 선택합니다:

  • If your printer is connected to an IoT system, select Use a printer connected to the IoT Box and select the device in the IoT Device field.

  • If you use an Epson printer that does not require an IoT system, select Use an Epson printer and enter the printer’s IP address in the Epson Printer IP Address field.
