신입사원 연수 프로그램

새로 직원을 채용하는 경우에는, 따라야 할 입사 절차(온보딩)가 마련되어 있어야 합니다. 이를 통해 직원에게 정보와 장비 및 교육을 제공할 수 있으며, 비즈니스에 필요한 기타 모든 단계가 해당 직원에게 지원될 수 있습니다.

Proper onboarding ensures that new employees are given all the information and tools needed to be successful in their roles and have a smooth transition to their new job.

Before onboarding can begin, it is recommended to check the default onboarding plan that comes preconfigured with the Employees app. To view the current default plan, navigate to Employees app ‣ Configuration ‣ Onboarding / Offboarding, then click Onboarding to view the detailed onboarding plan form.

계획 양식에는 다음과 같은 내용이 나타나 있습니다:

  • Plan Name: The specific name for the onboarding plan.

  • Model: Specifies where this plan can be used. In this case, in the Employees app. This field cannot be modified.

  • Department: If left blank (the default setting) this plan is available for all departments. Limit the use of the plan to a specific department by selecting the department using the drop-down menu.

  • Activities To Create: This tab lists all the onboarding steps. Each row displays:

    • Activity Type: The specific activity for the step. The default options are To-Do, Email, Call, Meeting, Document, and Certifications. If the Sign app is installed, a Signature option is available.

    • Summary: A one line description of the step.

    • Assignment: Chooses who completes the activity, relative to the new hire:

      • Ask at launch: Choose the user in the Assigned To field when launching the onboarding plan.

      • Default user: Choose a user who always handles this activity. Defined in the Assigned to field.

      • Coach: Assigns the employee’s coach as defined on the employee record.

      • Manager: Assigns the employee’s manager as defined on the employee record.

      • Employee: The new hire completes the activity.

      • Fleet Manager: Assigns the designated Fleet app manager. This option is only available if the Fleet app is installed.

    • Assigned to: This field remains blank, unless Default user is selected for the Assignment field. If Default user is selected, this field is populated with the selected user.

    • Interval: The time when the activity is active.

    • Unit: The set time interval, either days, weeks, or months.

    • Trigger: How scheduling is determined for the activity. Options are either Before Plan Date or After Plan Date.

      Example

      A laptop must be set up and registered to a new employee the day before they start work. The person who performs this step should always be the IT Manager, Abby Jones.

참고

In a multi-company database, a Company field also appears. Selecting a company for an onboarding plan restricts the plan to only that company.

오프보딩 계획 단계

The default Onboarding plan includes three default steps. All steps are To-Do activities, and are scheduled for the day the onboarding plan is launched (0 days Before Plan Date).

  • Setup IT Materials: The manager must gather and configure all IT materials.

  • Plan Training: The manager must plan the training for the new employee.

  • Training: The new employee must complete the training planned by the manager.

오프보딩 계획 수정

A single onboarding plan works only if the flow works for the entire company.

If the onboarding plan is universal, add to or modify the default onboarding plan. If department-specific onboarding plans are needed, create a new onboarding plan and limit the plan to a department.

To modify the default plan, first navigate to Employees app ‣ Configuration ‣ Onboarding / Offboarding, then click on Onboarding.

To modify a step, click on it. In the Open: Activities pop-up window, make any desired modifications to the step, then click Save.

To add a new step, click Add a line at the bottom of the listed activities in the Activities To Create tab, and a blank Create Activities pop-up window appears. Enter all the information in the pop-up window, then click Save & Close if there are no other steps to add, or click Save & New if more steps are needed.

오프보딩 계획 생성

Some companies require different onboarding plans, when there are department-specific onboarding procedures that do not apply to the whole company. For these cases, a new department-specific onboarding plan must be created.

To create a new onboarding plan, navigate to Employees app ‣ Configuration ‣ Onboarding / Offboarding. Click the New button in the upper-left corner, and a blank Employee Plans form loads.

Enter the Plan Name, and select the Department using the drop-down menu. This creates a plan exclusively for that department.

Add the various onboarding activities by clicking Add a line in the Activities To Create tab, and configure each activity.

옥외용 금속 가구 제조 및 판매를 전문으로 하는 회사가 있습니다. 이 회사에서는 제품을 생산하는 대형 공장과 함께 별도로 영업 사무소를 운영하고 있습니다. 회사는 공장 직원과 사무직 직원용으로 두 가지 온보딩 프로그램을 별도로 운영할 수 있습니다.

공장 근로자에 대한 온보딩 계획이 제조 부서에서 수립되었으며, 여기에는 공장 업무와 관련된 전문적인 작업 등이 있습니다. 구체적으로는 신입 사원의 유니폼 및 안전 장비 준비, 안전 교육 지정, 해당 팀에 신입 사원에 대한 이메일 발송, 복리후생 안내 등이 포함됩니다.

오프보딩 계획 론칭

After an employee has been hired and their employee profile is created, navigate to the desired employee’s profile by clicking on their Kanban card on the Employees app dashboard, then click the Launch Plan button on their employee profile, and a blank Launch Plan pop-up window loads.

The top of the screen displays a button for each available plan, as well as a button for the various available activities. Click the desired onboarding plan to select it. Then, using the calendar selector, set a date in the Due Date field. This is typically the employee’s first day, but any date can be selected.

The Plan Summary section of the Launch Plan pop-up window displays all the steps in the selected plan, along with the user icon for the person assigned to each activity.

Click the Schedule button, and Odoo schedules everything in the plan according to their respective due dates.

All scheduled activities appear in the both chatter of the employee profile, and in the chatter of the users with assignments relating to the plan.

If any activity assignments were configured to Ask at launch, an Assigned to field appears on the Launch Plan pop-up window. Using the drop-down menu, select the user responsible for all the unassigned activities.

중요

Onboarding can only be launched for users of the database. If there is any missing information on the employee’s profile, a warning listing the information needed appears.
