Employees referral analysis¶
The Employees Referral Analysis report in the Referrals app helps recruiters and managers learn where applicants are applying from, when referred by a current employee. Additionally, the Employees Referral Analysis report shows the number of applicants hired, refused, and still in the recruitment pipeline, for each medium.

Only users with Administrator rights for the Recruitment app have access to the reporting feature in the Referrals app.
직원 추천 분석 보고서¶
To access the Employees Referral Analysis report, navigate to . This loads the Employees Referral Analysis report in a default Bar Chart.
그래프는 누적 보기로 표시되며, y축에는 추천 수가 표시되고, x축에는 지원자의 출처 (예: Facebook, LinkedIn, 이메일 등)가 매체 로 표시되어 있습니다. 보고서에 매체가 표시되지 않는 경우는 해당 매체를 통해 지원한 사람이 없다는 뜻입니다.
Referral amounts for all stages are displayed, including Not Hired (refused), In Progress, and Hired. The default filter is set to the current month.
표시줄 위에 마우스를 가져가면 해당 표시줄 관련 데이터가 있는 팝오버를 확인할 수 있습니다.
In this view, it is clear which Medium is the most successful.
Example
In this example, both Email and LinkedIn are the mediums with the most referrals, but Email has the most referrals that were hired.
사례: 추천 인재 채용¶
보고 기능을 활용할 수 있는 방법 중 하나로, 어떤 직원이 추천한 지원자가 가장 우수한지 평가할 수 있습니다. 이 방법은 추천한 지원자 중 몇 명이 직원으로 합격되는지 조사하는 방식으로 수행됩니다.
In this example, data is examined to determined which employee has the highest number of hired referrals for the current year.
To view this information, first click the (Pivot) icon in the upper-right corner. Next, remove the current filter in the search bar.
Click the (down arrow) in the search bar to reveal a drop-down menu. Click Date in the Filters column, revealing a drop-down menu of available time periods, and click the current year (in this example, 2024), then click away to close the window.
Next, click the Measures button in the upper-left corner, then deselect Earned Points and Employee Referral Refused to hide those metrics. Click anywhere on the screen to close the drop-down menu.
The information displayed shows how many total applicants each employee referred, and how many of those applicants were hired, for the current year.

팁
피벗 테이블은 원하는 경우 새 스프레드시트 또는 기존 스프레드시트 에 삽입할 수 있습니다.
삽입하려면 그래프 바로 위에 있는 스프레드시트에 삽입 버튼을 클릭합니다. 피벗 테이블을 삽입할 스프레드시트를 선택하라는 팝업이 나타납니다. 선택 항목 중에서 스프레드시트나 현황판을 선택합니다. 또는 빈 스프레드시트 를 선택하여 새 스프레드시트를 만듭니다.
확인 을 클릭하면 선택한 스프레드시트가 새로운 테이블과 함께 로드됩니다.
The spreadsheet is stored in the Documents application. This application must be installed to use the Insert in Spreadsheet option.
