フィールドサービスタスクの作成

Odooフィールドサービスのタスクは、手動または自動で作成でき、販売オーダやヘルプデスクチケットから作成することもできます。

手動タスク作成

新しいフィールドサービスタスクを作成するには:

1. フィールドサービスアプリを開き、フィールドサービス ‣ すべてのタスク ‣ すべてのタスク に移動します。

2. 新規 をクリックします。

3. タスクタイトル、顧客 、およびその他の オプションフィールド を入力し、手動で保存してください。

販売オーダからのタスク作成

This feature allows for field service tasks to be automatically created from a sales order. When you create a quotation with the service product and confirm it, a task is automatically created in your Field Service project. Click the Tasks smart button to access it from the sales order.

ヘルプデスクチケットからのタスク作成

ヘルプデスクアプリがインストールされている場合、:ref:`ヘルプデスクチケットからフィールドサービスタスクを作成 <helpdesk/field>`できます。
