등록 데스크¶
Use the Registration Desk feature in Odoo Events to grant access to registered event attendees as they arrive, and store attendee-related data in the reporting metrics.
등록 데스크 페이지¶
모바일 기기(Odoo 앱 또는 브라우저)에서 을 열고 등록 데스크 를 클릭하면 등록 데스크 페이지를 확인할 수 있습니다.
At the bottom of the Registration Desk box, there are options to either Scan a badge or Select Attendee.
배지 스캔¶
Scan the codes present on event attendee badges, by navigating to , and selecting the Scan a badge option.
중요
Odoo must be granted access to the camera being used for the Scan a badge option to work.
Odoo에서 카메라에 액세스하면 바코드 스캐너 팝업 창으로 카메라에 비치는 화면을 보여줍니다. 또한 지정된 뷰 파인더 상자가 있어서 (자르기) 아이콘을 통해 크기를 수동으로 수정할 수 있습니다.
입장 코드를 뷰 파인더 박스 중앙에 놓으면 코드가 스캔되고 바코드 스캐너 팝업 창이 사라지고 참석자에게 행사 입장 권한이 부여됩니다. 코드를 스캔하면 Odoo 행사 앱에 참석 여부가 기록됩니다.
유효하지 않은 바코드를 스캔하면 오른쪽 상단에 오류 팝업 메시지가 나타납니다.
참석자 선택¶
Manually grant access to event attendees, by navigating to , and selecting the Select Attendee option.
Odoo reveals an Attendees page, with all the attendees for every event in the database, in a default Kanban view.
참석자 페이지에 있는 참석자 카드에는 참석자 이름, 참석 등록한 행사, 소속 회사 (해당하는 경우), 구매한 티켓 등급 (해당하는 경우)이 표시되고 (체크 표시) 및 (반시계 방향 화살표) 의 두 개의 버튼이 표시됩니다.
To grant access to a person, marking them as attended, click the (checkmark) button on that attendee’s card.
참석자 카드에서 (시계 반대 방향 화살표) 버튼을 클릭하면 이전 작업이 실행 취소됩니다.
팁
It is recommended to use an event-specific filter on the Attendees page, via the search bar drop-down menu.
To do that, click the (down arrow) beside the seach bar to reveal a drop-down menu with Filters, Group By, and Favorites options.
예를 들어, 그룹 기준 열에서 행사 항목을 클릭합니다. 그런 다음 드롭다운 메뉴를 제거하려면 클릭합니다. Odoo에서는 특정한 행사 참석자를 찾을 수 있도록 행사별 열이 있는 참석자 페이지가 표시됩니다.
