승인 규칙¶
Approval rules are used to automate approval processes for actions. They allow you to define the criteria for when an approval is required before an action can be performed using a button.
설정¶
스튜디오에서 승인 규칙을 추가하려면 다음과 같이 진행합니다:
스튜디오 열기 후 필요한 보기 로 전환합니다.
Select the button for which you want to add approval rules.
In the Properties tab on the left, enable the Set approval rules feature.
Specify the Allowed Group to limit the approval permission to a specific user group.
Select the Responsible user to create an activity for a specific user when approval is requested from them.
Select the Users to notify via internal note.
Add a Description to be displayed in the Approval dialog.
Optionally, you can also add conditions for the approval rule to be applied by clicking the (filter) icon next to the Allowed Group field.
To add another rule, click Add an approval rule. When there are multiple approval rules, you can:
enable Exclusive Approval to require approvers to be different users;
승인 규칙의 알림 순서 를 변경하여 이전 규칙이 승인되고 해당 규칙에 대한 승인이 필요한 경우에만 책임자 및 알림 대상자 가 알림을 받도록 합니다. 승인 규칙에 있는 알림 순서 가 동일한 경우에는 첫 번째 승인 요청을 할 때 모든 사용자에게 동시에 알림이 전송됩니다.
Click the (trash) icon next to the Allowed Group field to delete the approval rule.
팁
승인용으로 특별히 사용자 그룹 을 생성할 수 있습니다.
사용¶
Once approval rules have been defined for a button:
A user avatar icon is displayed next to the button’s label for each approval rule that has been defined.
When an unauthorized user clicks the button, an error message is displayed in the top-right corner and an activity is created for the user specified in the Responsible field.
Only users from the group defined in the Allowed Group field are authorized to approve or reject the action.
인증된 사용자가 가능한 작업:
approve and perform the action by clicking the button;
작업을 승인하고 다른 사용자가 작업할 수 있게 하려면 버튼 라벨 옆에 있는 사용자 아바타 아이콘을 클릭한 다음 대화 상자가 열리면 (승인) 버튼을 클릭합니다.
reject the action by clicking the user avatar icon next to the button’s label, then clicking the (Reject) button in the dialog that opens.
팁
The user who approved/rejected the action can revoke their decision by clicking the user avatar icon next to the button’s label, then clicking the (Revoke) button.
레코드의 메시지창에서 승인 여부를 조회합니다. 또한 스튜디오 승인 관련 작업이 진행될 때마다 승인 항목도 생성됩니다. 승인 항목에 액세스하려면 개발자 모드 `를 활성화한 후 :menuselection:`설정 –> 기술 –> 스튜디오 승인 항목 으로 이동합니다.
