標準支援和延伸支援¶

Odoo supports every major version in two phases:
Standard support covers the first three years after release. It is available on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh, and on-premise.
Extended support begins when standard support ends and requires an additional fee. It is available only on Odoo.sh (for a limited number of versions) and on-premise (for any version).
Both phases include helpdesk support, bug fixes, and security updates. During extended support, fixes are provided only where technically feasible.
備註
SaaS versions (also called Online versions) are released every two to three months. They are only available on Odoo Online and are not eligible for extended support.
You can upgrade from any version to any major version still under standard support, or that reached the end of standard support less than six months ago.
The table below shows the support status of every version. Major versions are in bold.
