Wire transfers¶
The Wire Transfer payment method allows you to provide payment instructions to your customers, such as your bank details and a reference to include with the payment. These instructions are displayed after the customer selects Wire Transfer as the payment method and clicks the Pay now button at the end of the checkout process on your ecommerce website or on the customer portal.

Hoewel deze methode breed toegankelijk is en minimale installatie vereist, is het geen efficiënte werkwijze. Het wordt aanbevolen om in plaats daarvan een betaalprovider in te stellen.
Online bestellingen blijven in de fase Offerte verzonden (d.w.z. onbetaalde bestelling) totdat je de betaling ontvangt en de bestelling handmatig bevestigt.
Tip
Wire transfer can be used as a template for other payment methods that are processed manually, such as checks, by renaming or duplicating it.
Configuratie¶
To configure Wire Transfer:
Selecteer op het tabblad Configuratie of de memo of Communicatie die samen met de betalingsinstructies moet worden weergegeven, moet zijn:
Gebaseerd op documentreferentie: het verkooporder- of factuurnummer
Gebaseerd op klant-ID: de klantidentificatie
Schakel QR-codes inschakelen in om QR-codebetalingen te activeren.
Notitie
Extra boekhoudkundige instelling is vereist om QR-codes te gebruiken.
Definieer de betalingsinstructies in het tabblad Berichten. Als een bankrekening al is gedefinieerd, wordt het rekeningnummer automatisch toegevoegd aan het standaardbericht gegenereerd door Odoo. Je kunt het ook achteraf toevoegen en het bericht bijwerken door te klikken op Wachtend bericht opnieuw laden.
Stel het veld Status in op Ingeschakeld.
