工程變更指令¶
你可使用 工程變更單 （ECO）去追蹤、實施及還原產品的變更版本，以及 物料清單。
工程變更指令可透過以下方式建立：
自動從提交至 工程變更單類型的電郵別名 的回應中獲取。
建立 ECO¶
To create a new ECO, begin by navigating to the PLM app. Then, select the ECO type that should be used to track the progress of the change. On the Engineering Change Orders page, click the New button in the top-left corner.
備註
ECO types categorize and organize change orders. Doing so can ensure that employees only view the ECOs related to their responsibilities, whether it involves new product introductions, targeted product line updates, or regulatory compliance fulfillment.

重要
A Product must be selected before Bill of Materials options is available.
公司：此欄位用於多公司數據庫。指定更改是否適用於特定公司的產品，如果更改適用於所有公司，便應留空。

Company is only available to specify with multiple companies enabled. See 多公司處理.

Effective specifies when the ECO becomes live. Choosing As soon as possible means the ECO applies to the production BoM as soon as an authorized user applies the changes. At Date with a specific date selected will only apply the BoM at that date, making it easier to track the version history of the BoM in production.

The Documents smart button appears, storing the relevant files of the BoM.

更改組件¶
要修改 BoM 中的組件，請按一下 ECO 上的 修訂 智能按鈕，以訪問 BoM 的新版本。Odoo 會用一個大的 封存 標籤標記測試的 BoM，以區分非正式運行版本的 BoM 和目前版本的 BoM 。
Example
按一下產品 [D_0045 凳子] 的 ECO 的 開始修訂 按鈕後，再按一下 修訂 智能按鈕，更改產品的 BoM。這樣做會開啟已封存的 BoM，附有紅色 已封存 標幟。

Example

比較變更¶
To compare a revised BoM to the previous version, navigate to the ECO for that BoM in either of these ways:
From the revised BoM, click the ECO name (for example,
ECO005: Improve...) in the breadcrumbs located in the top-left corner.From the PLM Overview, click the Engineering Changes button on the BOM Updates Kanban card. Click the Kanban card for the appropriate ECO to open it.
On the ECO form, a new BoM Changes tab displays the differences between the current BoM and the new version.
藍色文字表示修訂後的 BoM 中加入的新組件，而生產 BoM 中沒有這些組件。黑色文字表示兩個 BoM 共享的更新。紅色文字表示修訂後的 BoM 中刪除的組件。

更改操作¶
要修改 BoM 中的操作，請按一下 ECO 上的 修訂 智能按鈕，訪問已封存的新版 BoM。
在新版 BoM 中，切換至 操作 分頁可查看和編輯 BoM 操作。若要進行更改，請選擇每項操作，然後打開相應的 開啟：操作 彈出視窗。

比較變更¶
To compare a revised operations to the previous version, navigate to the ECO for the BoM in either of these ways:

步驟類型 詳述品質控制類型，以便在操作中進一步指示。

工作中心 指定執行操作的工作中心。
手動持續時間變更 指更改 開啟：操作 彈出視窗中的 預設持續時間 欄位，該欄位指定了預期完成操作的時間。

套用變更¶
核對更改後，將 ECO 移至 驗證階段。這些階段需要獲得批准，才可將修改後的更改套用至生產 BoM。
審批人接受更改後，套用更改 按鈕會變成可用。按一下此按鈕，ECO 將自動進入關閉階段。更改套用後，原本的生產 BoM 將會封存，修改後的 BoM 將成為新的生產 BoM。
驗證變更¶
To ensure the changes are live, from the ECO where the Apply Changes button was pressed, return to the revised BoM by clicking the Revision smart button.
在修訂後的 BoM 中，紅色的 已封存 標記已被移除。
要進一步驗證變更，請進入 ，檢查生產 BoM 並選擇產品。

View changes¶
To review proposed changes, navigate to the . In the BOM
Updates ECO type card, the # Engineering Changes button represents the number of
operational changes created.
Click on the # Engineering Changes button to open the Kanban view of the ECO type. To
view the suggestion, select an ECO in the New stage.

Example
An operator suggested another check for broken components by adding a step while performing the
Assemble switches operation for the MO WH/MO/00010 for the
product, Keyboard.
Then, this created ECO can be viewed by navigating to the BOM Changes ECO type found in
.
The Responsible field is assigned to the operator who made the suggestion, allowing the employee revising the BoM to seek further clarification from the person who proposed the changes.
On the revised BoM, switch to the Operations tab, and select the
(Show Instructions) icon. Doing so opens a list of Steps to perform the
operation, with the newest instruction titled New Step Suggestion:, followed by the user-entered
title. Click the line item to view the suggested changes.
质量控制点¶
重要
The Quality app is required to configure quality control points.
在 品質控制點 表單內，請確保準確填寫以下表單欄位，以便為操作員提供詳細指示：
標題：重新命名此欄位，簡單扼要地描述新指示。
控制單位：使用下拉式選單，設定該指示是廣泛適用於整項 產品，或是 只適用於 該 操作，或是指定 數量 的產品。
類型：控制點類型分類。從下拉式選單中選擇 指示，以詳細說明向員工發出的指示。要接收員工的輸入，可選擇 拍照、登記已消耗物料、列印標籤 或其他 品質檢查選項。
