Stim-Form est une entreprise belge spécialisée dans la distribution de matériel de physiothérapie, de rééducation fonctionnelle et de performance sportive à destination des professionnels de santé et du sport, avec plus de 2 000 références et plus de 50 marques professionnelles distribuées en Belgique et au Luxembourg.
Le principal challenge était de mettre en place un flux de vente end-to-end, intégrant PrestaShop à Odoo et assurant la continuité des processus jusqu'à la comptabilité, la gestion des stocks et l'expédition via des transporteurs externes. Le projet comprenait également l'optimisation des processus CRM et Helpdesk afin d'améliorer le suivi commercial et la gestion des demandes clients.
Nous avons mis en place une intégration bidirectionnelle entre PrestaShop et l'ERP, synchronisant en continu commandes et fiches produits, automatisé la préparation et l'expédition des commandes grâce aux transporteurs GLS et bpost, restructuré le CRM pour un suivi plus rigoureux des opportunités commerciales, centralisé les demandes clients et le SAV dans le Helpdesk, et fiabilisé le suivi financier grâce à une comptabilité optimisée. Stitch the Gap CIC
Stitch the Gap is a not-for-profit social enterprise delivering a mental health and environmental impact at the grassroots of our communities. Like Calibrate, they have been selected for the RBS Accelerator Programme, and they were interested in what Odoo would do for their initiative.“Unbelievable” was the post demo response, and Stitch the Gap quickly realised savings on the multiple apps they were using, and rattled up the website, event booking, e-commerce, contacts, crm.

Voor de implementatie van Odoo werkte men bij Stock 2000 met een verouderde facturatie oplossing waarmee het niet mogelijk was om te voldoen aan de Peppol wetgeving.
In de toekomst zal daarenboven een uitbreiding van de retail activiteiten plaatsvinden naar een groter winkelpand waardoor een scanning en kassa oplossing nodig zullen zijn.
Men was dan ook op zoek naar een moderne geïntegreerde oplossing die voor al deze zaken een antwoord kon bieden.

Dankzij de implementatie van Odoo Facturatie voldoet men voortaan aan de verplichte elektronische facturatie via Peppol en is men klaar om de nodige uitbreidingen te voorzien van zodra aan de orde.

Challenges
Stock Me faced complex inventory management of perishable and non-perishable goods, inefficient procurement processes, ineffective customer relationship management, and inadequate reporting and analytics. One of the challenges faced was also the need for a b2b eccomerce website linked to local and international pricelists.
