What's new


Cancel an asset. Improved Asset Models' views. Asset Modification Wizards grouped in a single button. An asset's original value is now increased by the non-deductible portion of the tax. All depreciation entries can be linked to vehicle assets.

Accounting - Localizations

New/updated financial reports for Austria, Chile, Denmark, Lithuania, Mexico, and Sweden. New/updated control domains for Austria, Chile, Denmark, France, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Mexico, Spain, and Sweden.


Online Appointments: improved Booking Calendar, bypass work hours restrictions, assign users to specific time slots.


Facilitate product filtering in the backend and frontend using product tags.


Redesigned the Help Center to encourage customers to check eLearning courses and forum posts before submitting a ticket.


Automate the creation of batch transfers, either per contact, carrier, or destination country. Added storage categories and last count date to Inventory Adjustments.


Allocation Report is now also available for MRP. Split manufacturing orders for batch production, per scheduled date and/or responsible user. Merge manufacturing orders to optimize production capacity. Receive notifications when using expired lots for both manufacturing orders and pickings operations.


Added a social media building block to manage all social network links easily.

What's new


All tax and financial reports use an improved way of declaring data thanks to foldable parent-children records in editors. Currencies display reworked on Journal Entries form views and Accounting Journals list views. Changes to lock dates are tracked in a chatter on the company's form view.


Delete a product that was scanned but not part of an order. Updated the demo data, including datamatrix GS1 codes. Set packagings during stock moves with the '+package' button for even faster operations.


When merging leads, reports are now folded on the chatter and regroup all the information from the merged leads. View all leads you have assigned and how they are doing from a single reporting place. Track opportunities resellers (partners) are handling from their stat button and in the Kanban view.


New default design for the Shop page. Set the default way products are sorted on the Shop page.


Improved tracking of bought courses for customers. Added a new 'course' product type. Use Vimeo links for video lessons. A shortcut allows attendees to jump into the courses they just bought.


Customize the sequence (ID number and format) of tickets. When a lead is converted into a ticket, the values of the lead's UTM parameters are propagated to the ticket.


Stock move lines were reordered for transfers and their picking operations report, as well as for batch and wave pickings. Improved reception report with the addition of links to Sales Orders, product names on labels, automatic display on Barcode, and moving the auto-popup setting to the operation type.


View the purchase history of a product on RfQs, helping to track its price.


Allow recipients to refuse to sign a document, provided they give a reason. Change the signatory of a document (if authorized in the configuration of the signatory's role). New report computing ecologic savings (paper, water, wood, carbon, waste, energy)  made using Sign instead of wet signatures.

Social Marketing

The action helper now offers to load one of three template surveys to start testing the app right away. Improved the design of the Kanban view to provide a better overview and jump into any result. Customize surveys and live sessions with background pictures.

Time Off

Users can delete their own approved and refused time off, provided they didn't start yet. Delete not yet approved time off requests from the dashboard in year view. From the dashboard, view the Validity Date of your available leave allocations. Approvals menu is automatically displayed when users have time off or allocation requests to approve.


Catch a visitor's language in the CRM, Helpdesk or Calendar (Online Appointments) app based on which language version of the website they are browsing when submitting a form. Change the connectors' style on the Steps building block. Showcase events anywhere on a website with the Dynamic Events building block.
