Fondée en 2017 et basée à Chennevières-sur-Marne (Île-de-France), Sprinter est une entreprise française spécialisée dans l'importation et la distribution de supports pour l'impression numérique grand format (bâches, toiles, textiles, supports rigides). En s'approvisionnant directement auprès de ses usines partenaires, elle propose aux imprimeurs un catalogue en stock permanent à prix compétitifs, principalement via sa plateforme e-commerce professionnelle. Elle accompagne aujourd'hui plusieurs centaines d'imprimeurs en France.
Projet déployé :
- Mise en place d'Odoo comme ERP central de l'entreprise, connecté à son CRM et à sa boutique en ligne, pour unifier la gestion commerciale, logistique et financière.
- Déploiement des processus de vente, d'achats, de stocks et de logistique dans Odoo.
- Intégration entre Odoo, l'outil de CRM et le site e-commerce, pour un parcours de commande fluide de bout en bout.
- Internalisation de la comptabilité dans Odoo, avec formation des équipes.
- Accompagnement continu et montée de version vers Odoo v19.
Résultats :
- Système d'information unifié : ventes, achats, stocks, logistique et comptabilité pilotés depuis une même plateforme.
- Boutique en ligne connectée à l'ERP : commandes clients synchronisées avec la gestion interne.
- Comptabilité internalisée : gestion reprise en interne dans Odoo depuis début 2025, avec des équipes formées et autonomes.
- Plateforme maintenue et modernisée : accompagnement dans la durée, avec une montée de version vers Odoo v19.
