Before finding Odoo, Triple J conducts his business using excel sheets. However, after setting up Odoo database, the team realized that their products are too complex to set up successfully in Odoo. Therefore, after one year into Odoo, the team was still running the business in excel sheets, and that was when Triple J engaged InSphere Consulting to finish the cut over. After some intense knowledge transfer sessions, InSphere team was able to suggest the best product setup including unit of measure, attributes, bill of materials, and pricing - Triple J team could finally see the right produces and right quote. Kuwait Protocol implemented Odoo to support and streamline their end-to-end retail and operations workflow. The implementation included Purchase, Inventory, Point of Sale, and Accounting modules, fully integrated with their Shopify online store to ensure synchronized stock and seamless sales operations across physical and online channels.
