Belco Confectionery is a trading company specialised in chocolate products. They are a subsidiary of Gallothai, one of the major chocolate producers in Thailand.As a new entity they were looking for a way to optimise and digitise their internal workflows.
They chose Odoo as it can easily manage their sales activities, purchases, inventory workflows (receipt, quality checks, deliveries) and their accounting based on Thai regulations.

En la implantación de Odoo se instalan, CRM, Ventas, Compras, Facturación, Contabilidad, Inventario y Fabricación. Además se realiza una integración con su tienda online realizada en Shopify y también una integración con empresas de transporte como CTT Express y DHL.
En este proyecto resulta clave que la integración entre Odoo y Shopify sea fluida y que todo el proceso de almacén e inventario sea muy ágil, especialmente en el proceso de expedición e impresión de etiquetas de envío en formato ZPL.
