Silac est un distributeur européen de lunettes de lecture et solaires, présent dans 6 pays avec un réseau de plus de 4 500 points de vente, pharmacies, supermarchés, grandes surfaces. L'entreprise s'appuie sur une trentaine de représentant.e.s terrain gérant le réassortiment via des tablettes connectées, et commercialise également via e-commerce et plusieurs marketplaces.
Avec une croissance multi-pays rapide, Silac avait atteint les limites de son système d'information : des outils locaux propres à chaque filiale, des flux intercos traités manuellement, et une visibilité stock parcellaire sur l'ensemble des canaux, terrain, dépôt-vente et marketplaces. Des exigences réglementaires spécifiques par pays venaient compléter la complexité de l'équation.
Nous mettons actuellement en place une architecture Odoo 19 Enterprise multi-sociétés centralisant l'ensemble des entités : automatisation des flux intercos, gestion unifiée des stocks sur tous les canaux, connecteurs marketplaces (Amazon, Bol.com), mise en place d’une connexion avec les tablettes terrain, synchronisation bidirectionnelle avec PrestaShop, et conformité fiscale multi-pays pilotée avec des partenaires locaux.
