Client: Analabs is a premier analytical laboratory headquartered in Nairobi, offering services in analytical chemistry, food and dairy hygiene, microbiology, and water diagnostics. They support industries like agriculture, food processing, environmental management, and pharmaceuticals.
Our Contribution: We integrated Odoo’s Laboratory, Sales, Inventory, and Quality modules to manage sample intake, batch tracking, automated certificate generation, and accreditation compliance. Custom dashboards monitor turnaround times and quality metrics.
Business Impact: Analabs has seen an increase in sample throughput and reduced report delivery time from seven days to four. Traceability enhancements aligned with KENAS standards, enabling them to serve new export-oriented clients.

Anan Enterprise
Anan Enterprise, a rapidly growing super shop in Bangladesh, partnered with Metamorphosis Ltd. to streamline and digitalize their retail operations through the implementation of Odoo ERP. With a focus on Inventory Management, Accounting & Finance, and Point of Sale (POS), the project aimed to replace manual processes and disconnected systems with a centralized and automated platform.Through Odoo, Anan Enterprise has achieved real-time inventory tracking, enabling precise stock control and reducing the risks of overstocking or stockouts. The POS system has significantly improved the checkout experience, providing fast and user-friendly service at the counters, integrated seamlessly with backend inventory and accounting.
The Accounting & Finance module has allowed for accurate financial reporting, automated journal entries from sales, and streamlined reconciliation processes—leading to better financial oversight and compliance.
