Softwear professionaliseert sales en marketing met Odoo CRMSoftwear ontwikkelt softwareoplossingen voor de fashion- en retailbranche en groeit snel. Met die groei ontstond ook de behoefte aan meer structuur in marketing, leadsbeheer en salesprocessen. Tot dan toe werkte de organisatie met losse tools en handmatige opvolging, wat leidde tot gemiste kansen en een gebrek aan overzicht.
Softwear zocht een moderne CRM-oplossing die niet alleen inzicht gaf in prospects, klanten en verkoopkansen, maar ook e-mailmarketing, documentbeheer en rapportages samenbracht in één systeem. Daarnaast moest het mogelijk zijn om het proces van eerste contact tot offerte, orderbevestiging en factuur volledig digitaal af te handelen.
Radical Fanatics (www.fanatics.nl) richtte een proof-of-concept omgeving in op basis van Odoo, waarin de belangrijkste scenario’s van Softwear werkend zijn uitgewerkt. Denk aan het aanmaken van bedrijven en contactpersonen, het beheren van producten en pakketten, het opzetten van verkoopkansen via een visuele dealpijplijn, en het verzenden van digitale offertes en facturen. Ook is aandacht besteed aan e-mailmarketing, documentopslag en opvolgingstaken voor sales- en aftersalesteams.
Softwear wil bovendien segmentaties kunnen maken (bijvoorbeeld per regio, merk of klanttype) voor gerichte marketingcampagnes. Ook daar biedt Odoo de juiste functionaliteit, met slimme filters en bulkacties. Verder onderzoekt Radical Fanatics de mogelijkheden voor koppelingen met onder meer Jira en Google Workspace.
Met Odoo heeft Softwear nu de tools in handen om het commerciële proces te stroomlijnen en verder te laten groeien – van eerste contact tot tevreden klant. Other Services
