Philip’s Biscuits is een icoon in Antwerpen, geliefd om hun dagverse, ambachtelijk gebakken koekjes. In hun bakatelier wordt met passie en vakmanschap gewerkt om steeds opnieuw de hoogste kwaliteit te leveren. Maar terwijl hun koekjes perfect zijn, was hun interne werking dat niet.Het bedrijf maakte nog geen gebruik van een ERP-systeem. Offertes en facturen werden handmatig in Word en Excel gemaakt, kassasystemen waren inefficiënt en niet gekoppeld aan bancontactterminals, en stockbeheer ontbrak volledig. Ook was er geen geïntegreerde website of B2B-portaal, en liep klantenopvolging enkel via e-mail. Dit resulteerde in een gebrek aan overzicht, hoge foutmarges en tijdverlies.
