Managing over 100 properties and around 2000 units, Rakayez Properties faced operational challenges due to manual processes, disconnected systems, and limited visibility across leasing, maintenance, finance, and HR operations. These inefficiencies impacted reporting accuracy, maintenance response times, and overall operational control.
Brain Station 23 implemented an integrated ERP ecosystem covering Facility Management, Leasing, Purchase, HRM, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, and Maintenance. Customized workflows improved leasing operations, maintenance request handling, facility management, procurement, and financial reporting while automating HR and payroll processes.
