Il progetto Passo Ladro nasce per ragioni etiche, sociali e di business.È un progetto etico in quanto la nostra missione è quella di comprare o affittare terreni abbandonati da decenni per riportarli agli splendori di un tempo.
Una delle prime terre a essere state bonificate si trova tra Palazzolo Acreide e Noto. Abbiamo investito molto per bonificare i terreni: abbiamo analizzato la terra e abbiamo utilizzato la tecnica del ribaltamento per aumentare la sofficità del terreno, in modo da favorire l’espansione delle radici, per aumentare la permeabilità e favorire l’infiltrazione dell’acqua e per la preparazione del letto di semina. Lo sminuzzamento delle zolle crea un ambiente adatto per ospitare il seme, in modo da favorirne l’imbibizione e la conseguente geminazione. Manufacturing / Maintenance
