A leading IT outsourcing and outstaffing company with approximately 100 employees required an automated payroll management system. The standard Payroll module functionality was significantly enhanced to include multi-currency support and detailed project cost tracking. Key customizations included adding fields for "Wage Currency" and "Exchange rate date," displaying amounts in the contract currency on payslips, introducing a "Project" tab for cost allocation, and ensuring accurate currency conversion logic for payroll processing and accounting records.
