Alisa.ua — це український інтернет-магазин, який спеціалізується на продажі білизни, домашнього одягу та аксесуарів. Для забезпечення швидкості та зручності прийому замовлень від клієнтів, ведення бази клієнтів та постачальників було впроваджено Odoo як ключову система керування бізнесом.У рамках впровадження була виконана низка ключових робіт: налаштовані картки товарів, співробітників, клієнтів і постачальників, а також організаційна структура компанії. Створено інтеграцію із Shopify для автоматичного отримання замовлень з сайту та синхронізації товарів. Крім того, впроваджено управління продажами та закупівлями з можливістю обробки замовлень вручну та автоматично.
Було створено фізичні та віртуальні склади з правилами поповнення, налаштовані переміщення товарів і контроль залишків із передачею цих даних у Shopify. Також, інтегрована система для автоматизації відправки замовлень через Нову Пошту, налаштовані платіжні модулі LiqPay, Nova Pay і система фіскалізації чеків через CheckBox.

A leading IT outsourcing and outstaffing company with approximately 100 employees required an automated payroll management system. Their key needs included calculating and processing payroll for employees with various contract types, handling payments in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) despite contracts being in the system currency, and accurately allocating labor costs to specific projects based on timesheets.To address these requirements, Odoo version 17 was implemented, utilizing the Payroll and Accounting modules. The standard Payroll module functionality was significantly enhanced to include multi-currency support and detailed project cost tracking. Key customizations included adding fields for "Wage Currency" and "Exchange rate date," displaying amounts in the contract currency on payslips, introducing a "Project" tab for cost allocation, and ensuring accurate currency conversion logic for payroll processing and accounting records.
