Von der Akquise über die Förderabwicklung und die Installation technischer Anlagen bis hin zur Abrechnung sowie der Abbildung von Support-Fällen fand alles Berücksichtigung. Zusätzlich wurden Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen geschaffen, wie bspw. zu Buchhaltung oder externen Lieferanten via Datanorm.

eBee is a pan-African e-mobility company founded in 2021 in Kenya and now operational in Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda. It manufactures, sells, and rents electric bicycles and also runs a last-mile delivery fleet, with a strong focus on creating green jobs for youth and women. The company currently has more than 1,124 e-bikes on the road, has created around 381 jobs with nearly 40 percent of mechanics being women, and its fleet has covered close to 3 million kilometres. We moved to Odoo with the Accounting app and progressed quickly to CRM, Sales, Purchase, Projects, Timesheet, Field Services and Helpdesk. We are still harnessing the value of Odoo and Website, Marketing and direct integration with our remote management tool are in the pipeline.
Since moving to Odoo we have further reduced our carbon footprint, increased efficiency and we are offering our clients a clear visibility on the usage of services. We have eliminated bottlenecks and duplication of work when it comes to invoicing. Having a VAT ready report and syncing directly with our banks, we know in real-time our figures too.
