What does a Loyalty Program do?
Lets customers accumulate points from their purchases, which they can use on future orders.
Lets customers earn portions of stock in the company, after purchasing a certain amount of products.
Lets customers change the color of any item they add to their order, if they spend a certain amount on a product.
Loyalty Programs don’t exist in Odoo.

How can I make sure customers purchase a minimum dollar amount in order to accumulate points for that order?
Under each quotation, click into the ‘Rewards Tab’ and set the ‘Minimum Quantity’ to the desired minimum dollar amount.
There is no way to set a minimum dollar amount – under the FCC, customers must be able to accumulate loyalty points on any and all orders, regardless of amount.
Under ‘Conditional rules’, set ‘Minimum Quantity’ to the desired minimum dollar amount for each order.
Under ‘Rewards’, set ‘Minimum Quantity’ to the desired minimum dollar amount for each order.

How do I apply a customer’s rewards to get a discount on an order?
In the Sales quotation, click on the ‘Rewards’ button above the total.
In the Sales quotation, click into the customer’s internal link, check their loyalty card balance, then manually apply the desired discount reward as a separate product line.
In the customer profile, click into the ‘Rewards’ tab and select the sales order to which the rewards should be applied.
In the customer profile, select the sales order from the ‘Sales Order’ tab, and apply rewards with the ‘Reward’ button.
