وكيل سيارات فاو في المملكة بهدف تنظيم دورة العمل من عرض السعر وحتى تسليم السيارة للعميل.
ملخص التنفيذ:
إعداد نظام عروض الأسعار بمواصفات تفصيلية تشمل: المنشأ، الماكينة (عدد الكيلومترات)، والحجم مع ربط كل سيارة بتصنيفها وسياسات الضمان الخاصة بها (6 سياسات مختلفة).
تصميم نماذج جاهزة (Forms) لكل سياسة ضمان.
تخصيص النظام لإصدار عرض سعر منفصل لكل سيارة حسب سعة المحرك وضمانها.
ربط إدارة المبيعات بعروض الأسعار، مع تتبع خروج السيارات من المستودع عبر إدارة المخازن.
إنشاء نظام سندات قبض لتوثيق المدفوعات النقدية المستلمة من العملاء.
النتيجة:
