Antes de trabajar con Odoo trabajaban con hojas de cálculo y diversos softwares de gestión de procesos y contabilidad. Esto generaba errores y duplicidades y un complejo control de los procesos de subcontratación.
La clave de este proyecto ha estado en poder unificar todos sus procesos en Odoo, pudiendo controlar de este modo los procesos de compra, venta y subcontratación de la fabricación y en poder realizar el control presupuestario de una obra de construcción pudiendo analizar desviaciones entre estudio, reestudio y ejecución y además por realizar la facturación mediante el proceso de certificación de obra.
