I did see it happen before but generally they 'kill' themselfs after a few hours after which you can push a new commit and then does it correctly.

Update: It just fixed itself but it took 3 hours. I hope someday there is a manual option to restart these.

yes, at my end is the same(after 3 hour all work fine). but now in the morning, stucked again, we can't work good with this intermittent service.
