I am creating rules for the payroll structure in El Salvador, here payrolls are made biweekly, that is, 2 per month, but every June and December a tax is recalculated, how can I get the values of the rule that its code is ' AFPISSSQ' and its category is also 'AFPISSSQ' of the 12 nominations from January to June, it is a sum of all those values but in June.
For example:
If from the first payroll of January (1) to the second payroll of June (12) a tax had a value of $20, I must add all the payrolls: $20 x 12 payrolls = $240 and that would be the value of the rule in the second fortnightly payroll of June
