Hello,

I have a small problem with CRM leads. Whenever I create an opportunity from email lead, and then try to email the client, he receives my message not as a reply for his original mail, but as a new email thread. All the emails sent to the client afterwards are grouped properly, there is a problem just with the first one. Can anyone tell me, what can be done about that? In advance thank You very much for reply.
