Good afternoon, I have a problem whenever I try to connect my Odoo database with the Odoo Inbox Add-in on Microsoft Outlook. Any time I put my Database URL, it doesn't connect and shows this message:

Could not connect to your database. Make sure the module is installed in Odoo (Settings > General Settings > Integrations > Mail Plugins). See our FAQ.

But the problem persists. I even tried unmarking and then marking again the Mail Plugin checkbox, and reinstalling the add-in, but nothing happened. How can I solve this problem? I'll be grateful if you could help me. By the way, I'm using Odoo Community v16.
