Hello. I would like to know the functionality of "my pipeline" filter on Odoo v15:
1) I attached a sales team to each of the stages of the pipeline on the CRM module
2) I have configured users in each sales team (so the only person who has access to the stage should be the only sales team assigned)
3) I'm logging in as a simple user (non-admin) and I couldn't find the pipeline assigned to the sales team I'm on (however I should see it if I use the filter "my pipeline")
Can someone explain to me how is this possible?

You can only view the opportunities assigned to user not the opportunities of the sales team user is part of.
You need to update rules, please refer the post below
