The accounting program used did not meet their aspirations, as it did not provide an organized mechanism for comprehensively managing the association’s work, or accurate follow-up of accounts, assets, purchases, and other basic operations.We worked in Aba Al Khail Information Technology Foundation To design and implement an integrated solution using the system Green ERPTo help the association face these challenges and achieve comprehensive digital transformation. The project included:
Implementing an integrated inventory and warehouse management system To provide a clear and accurate view of inventory movement in all warehouses.
Setting up an advanced point of sale system It connects branches to a central system to standardize operations and improve customer experience.
Accurate management of accounts and purchases With custom solutions to track assets and control expenses.
Staff training on the system to ensure operational efficiency and ease of use.
Through this comprehensive solution, the association was able to improve the management of its daily operations, achieve high accuracy in accounts, and ensure better organization of asset management and procurement.
