Voor projectmatige verkoop ontwikkelde Evato een uitbreiding binnen het projectbeheer om meerdere woonunits per project apart te kunnen opvolgen. Zo kan per unit nauwgezet worden geregistreerd welke keuzes gemaakt zijn, welke meerprijzen gelden, en hoe de facturatie naar de bouwpromotor verloopt.
