I have to same problem here and I found out that there are problem with USB port activation on the print, by default this kind of printer come with the wireless printing. This printer support wireless printing out of the box so the available USB B Female port on the printer (that going to connect to POS BOX) won't be activate by default you have to activate the that USB B port first by following instruction here : https://share.illinoisheartland.org/support/documentation/68
